Does he get up and take them to nursery? Also how long is the nursery session, just because it’s best to keep them short and not all day.

Same here but my partner only vaguely wakes when we go in to say goodbye before nursery drop off and stays in bed/asleep until nearer 8am. On the weekends he's asleep until about 9am and can't be relied on until nearer 10am! He doesn't understand why I'm exhausted when the toddler has gone to bed having been on the go all day and I'm 29 weeks pregnant.
I take them to nursery in the morning and then go onto work it’s all day because I only finish work at 5

Why can’t the man in the house take them and pick them up so they aren’t at nursery all day? That just irks me because children should spend as much time with parents as they can and yes he’s working at home but the whole idea of working from home is to provide flexibility and he can spend time with the children even if not 24/7.
These men need to pick up their kids and be a parent. Not saying they’re bad people but sounds like the child could be at home instead of at a setting with strangers (yes they do get used to them) but at home is best.

I recommend taking some b12 vitamins magnesium sometimes amour body need that especially when we are moms already there just vitamins but help so much

Yes. But I'm a stay at home mum currently homeschooling my older 2 who are 8 and 5 cos the school transfer we did has turned them down, also have a 3 month old baby and a 4 bed house to maintain. So I get how u feel xx

Your partner should be pulling his weight and contributing his share, if not more because you’re exhausted and burnt out! You need to rest! Tell him for the next week he will need to get up and prepare their daycare bags and put washing on, and let you sleep til 630 at least. And he can drop
off too seeing he works from home. Does he do any household chores?

Just communicate to your partner that it's their kids too and they need to pull their weight!! It takes two to make them, so they should grow up and contribute to the family life too!! It's teamwork and they need to join the team!! I know sometimes it's easier just to do things yourself instead of explaining and waiting for them to do stuff. But if they want to be part of the family they need to do things and contribute and be the parent too!!

THIS sounds like our household. When I was pregnant and working and my partner was off he didn’t do much. I was getting the kiddos to daycare, going to work, coming home, cooking, cleaning, bedtime and picking the girls up. Now that I am off and EBF he still doesn’t help much. I am still doing all those things just with a newborn attached to me all day lol. And when I try and get him up in the morning he says he is tired. Most mornings of he does drop off when I had an appointment or something he comes back home and goes back to bed think about 10-11 am.
So I had a C-section around 2 weeks ago and have been healing well. However I’ve had horrid or no sleep due to having to sleep on my back for the stitches.
I had a check into it and it’s apparently it is okay to try to sleep on my side now but each time I try to, I’m way too anxious I’ll hurt myself and roll back on my back.
Can anyone advise when they were able to sleep normally again after surgery or what can help with starting to try?

Hi! Yesterday we went for a private scan to find out the gender of the baby! I was convinced it was a boy. Turns out we are having a little girl! It felt so surreal to see baby again and know the gender. Heart rate was 157bpm. I genuinely can't wait to meet her 🩷🩷🩷🩷

Anyone have any idea what this could be please? I’m 20 weeks pregnant and after breakfast was really badly sick. I put this down to morning sickness as I’ve been sick on/off and felt sick from 4 weeks. Have come into work and I feel absolutely dreadful😫 I still feel sick, dizzy when I stand and walk, eyes feel really sore when I move them and I’m pretty sure I’ve got a temp as I feel cold and shivery but my body’s warm to touch. Trying my best to persevere through the day as I feel like I’ve had more time off than in for one reason or another or for childcare. All I want to do is go home and sleep😔

So I know my baby’s movements pretty well. However every now and then she has a day or a couple hours where she moves like crazy and really hard. Does anybody else’s baby do this?
