Look up spinning babies. And then just googling things to help turn them into but you have plenty of time to have baby move

You still have enough time mama my son was breech I’m 31 weeks he head down

From what I’ve read, 28 weeks is still okay. It’s usually around 30-32 they start shifting and by 36 where most (96%) are turned. I wouldn’t be concerned at this point, but it does depend what your OB says! Try to do lots of pelvic floor exercises to make room for the baby!

Yeah there’s methods like inversion but you have so much time for them to flip. Mine flips around all day long still and I’m 32w and some change! My OB said it’s not a concern for a few more weeks and that she’s likely to settle correctly before

You still have plenty of time, my son didn't flip until 35 weeks, check out Flip A Breech - How to Turn a Breech Baby - Spinning Babies https://share.google/CvzRUrXqDSmxjLnsp

I’m currently 33 weeks. My son was back and forth breech and head down. He’s finally been head down and staying head down. Don’t stress about it, you still have time. 🙌🏽💕

Completely normal my baby turned at 30 weeks you have plenty time

I’m 31 weeks now and I was told my baby is also breech. They recommended Spinning Babies I’m going to try and hope he turns around too!

Its not too early to flip them now. Look ok spinning babies website. Or youtube. I dont like other people's follow alongside because you really should do what's comfortable for you. I did some a few days ago. Stsrted with a psoas and hipflexor release, then a sidelying self hip jiggle. I released the muscles under my ribs as thats a tight area for me. Then a light inversion.
I went to my midwife appointment this morning for a sweep.
Baby has been ready this whole pregnancy. I am 39+3.
I had a scan 8 days ago, she was growing lovely and engaged.
They couldn't do the sweep because baby has decided to completely turn and go breech right at the last minute 😞
Now I have to sit and wait all weekend until I hear from the hospital with a plan.
Stats show the most likely option is now a c section due to the timing.
I am absolutely gutted this has happened 😞

Never had a an experience of 4D. Had a scan at 17 weeks today they gave us a sneak peek. A friend I showed it to has said it looks like the baby has a cleft lip. Is it a shadow? I’m now worried. Would this be something that shows on a 20 week scan? First baby. Unsure what to do or think. 🥺😢

Did not expect the news today that I’m Infact having a little girl. Everyone says the cord is rare but it clearly isn’t. I’m total shock!
Need to exchange clothes. 🙈 hopefully it’s the same gender at our 20 weeks scan. Haha.

Originally due 13th October, my blood pressure decided it no longer wanted to play ball and forced us into an earlier induction and all different hoops to jump through, but Brodie Angus has arrived today 09/10/26 at 12.59pm, weighing 8 pounds 15 ounces ❤️ and he has stolen our hearts!

I would love to do my outings with my baby, however every time I take him out I end up having to take him out the pram and walk with him in my arms lol. It therefore puts me off wanting to go out as much because he cries in the pushchair.
Maybe I should take him out more to get used to it? Any other advice on how I can get him to just chill in the pushchair lol.

Anyone ever been for a coloscopy and was it uncomfortable. A male was going to do mine but I told them I would prefer a female nurse instead
