Anyone else feel like they just suck at being a mom on some days?
FTM to a 2 month old and I know this phase is really hard, but it is just beyond words so hard and confusing and frustrating most of the time. And that makes me feel really guilty because I know I have this amazing son who I love so much and none of it is his fault.
I just want to feel like I can soothe him and keep him happy - and most days I don’t feel like I can.

I’m on week 5 with my son and I am struggling to know I am doing what he needs. So yes Mama I feel you! I think it’s normal to feel this way but it’s also so hard! I love my boy so much and we waited so long to meet him but whether I am doing anything right comes into my head often!

Been a mom for 8 years and there are still days I feel like I suck or I’m not doing enough or doing good enough. You’re in that early day struggle and there are days that are so hard but you’ve got this! You just keep pushing forward. Your body is going through so much even still and the recovery from that takes time. You’ve got this!

Youre as new to this (parenthood) world as your baby! Go easy on yourself, your hormones are still going wild too! Its an incredibly hard stage that you’re in but trust me, it gets easier, the challenges change and you adapt with them but with every change comes a transitional phase where ur like wtf am i doing!!?

Hi I have a 3 mth old and yes I do feel the same some days it’s hard work we will have up and down days

The fact that you worry about being a good mum makes you a good mum! I’m nearly 3 years in and some days still feel like an absolute failure! We’re all learning and just doing our best🩵
Hi! I can’t stand the weird smell of any of the blue non bio washing stuff. Is there anything else that can be used for washing newborn? Something that smells a bit better 😬

Hi
I need to stop dream feeding my baby at night when he wakes up. How do you do this or transition? He is mainly breastfed but I’ve started to give a bottle on the night on the last feed before he sleeps

Anyone else a c section, co sleeping, breastfeeding mama and your body is just in bits? I don’t know if my bed is just uncomfortable postpartum or if it’s my body and cosleeping/breastfeeding positions. I feel like stretching helps a little but my hips and lower back especially are awful, but generally I just feel so achy and uncomfortable most of the time. Is it just me?

Sleep regressions at 4 months almost 5 months…. And dealing with eczema flare up! I’m a tired mama these days. Super sensitive and zoning in on my husband’s tones and energy. Living with MIL! She’s great most days however, managing energy is WORK…
I feel like I’m falling behind somehow and it’s only Wednesday!
