Colostrum harvesting

I started this week, going well. Only once a day but 3ml in total

Im going to start this weekend as ive been leaking for 2 weeks

I've been collecting for a week I've been doing it 2/3 times a day for 5 mins. I've collected over a ml now. Last night I got near enough a ml in one session but it varies time by time

I’ve not started yet but also not leaking either .. I’m 36 weeks tomorrow?

2nd pregnancy and 2nd time collecting colostrum. I started yesterday and got 5ml. Definitely worth having a relaxing bath/shower before hand, stick your favourite show/film on, you want a calm and comfortable environment to encourage release of oxytocins. Use a c shape hand when collecting and make sure youre rotating around the areola from different angles to get colostrum from different ducts xx

I’m 37 weeks and just started trying. Haven’t had any luck so far even following lots of tutorials. Maybe too early for me as I haven’t been leaking at all. Going to leave it for a few days then try again!
