Really, really struggling with post-loss anxiety!

I’m currently 9 weeks 6 days, had a scan at 5w 4 d and 7w 3d with heartbeat and small haematoma. Just had quite non-impactful symptoms with minimal nausea and no sickness, apart from fatigue, hunger and constipation but after a few low-symptoms days my anxiety is wild. My next scan is 10w 4d and I just feel no connection, pure grief and can’t stop overthinking. I have experienced 3 pregnancies before but this is the furthest along. Our last loss was a chemical pregnancy at the beginning of August which the miscarriage is officially the first day of this pregnancy so know I haven’t grieved and still in the trauma. How do I make it better?

In my notes for my 16 week appointment It says to attend alone, however I want my husband to hear the baby’s heartbeat if they offer, did anyone else attend with partners and find it was okay? Thanks x

Body recovery

How do you get your body back after C-Section, I used to have flat top round bottom, but now my belly is like bum shape but more rounded at the top, and I feel as though my stomach is not the same shape at all.. I’m don’t have motivation for the gym so I need so ideas..

Ovary pain after c section!?

Has anyone else experienced this?
Im honestly at my wits end with it , im almost 6 months post emergency (GA) c section & I have had right sided ovary pain ever since. It’s especially worse around ovulation / period but it is constant.

I’ve been back & forth with the dr for months fighting for tests etc for them to tell me it’s normal to have pain after c section and to give if a few weeks. I’ve given it nearly 6 months and everytime I try and get help im brushed off.

My periods are now so painful & heavy I cannot leave the house , but every time it is always the right side that’s hurting.

The pain starts on the right edge of my scar and goes down to my ovary , has anyone experienced this or has any idea what it is that’s causing it? I’m having no luck with the NHS

TMI but nothing is TMI in this group lol!

I’m 38 weeks plus 4 days pregnant today. This morning I felt a bit more discharge than normal (sort of went down my legs) but I couldn’t see anything in my underwear. Has anyone else experienced this or is it my mucus plug?

I had my first appointment at 7.5 weeks to take bloods and ask about my previous births, I wanted to know when will be my first scan then

Induction Fail

Had the rods inserted at 8:30pm last night, did nothing, so now having balloon inserted. Does anyone know that if that doesn’t work I can refuse to continue induction process and go home?

I’m being induced due to baby’s small size but I’m currently only 39+1!
