Ovary pain after c section!?

Has anyone else experienced this?
Im honestly at my wits end with it , im almost 6 months post emergency (GA) c section & I have had right sided ovary pain ever since. It’s especially worse around ovulation / period but it is constant.

I’ve been back & forth with the dr for months fighting for tests etc for them to tell me it’s normal to have pain after c section and to give if a few weeks. I’ve given it nearly 6 months and everytime I try and get help im brushed off.

My periods are now so painful & heavy I cannot leave the house , but every time it is always the right side that’s hurting.

The pain starts on the right edge of my scar and goes down to my ovary , has anyone experienced this or has any idea what it is that’s causing it? I’m having no luck with the NHS

I had a pain for first 5 months after csection (first 3 months it was very painful). Its seems to be gone now... this month i didn't have any pain at all..
If you have a very bad pain, ask for scan ... or if you can do a private one... just to make sure everything is healing ok...
Its a shame with doctors really... i think its should be normal for women after birth to have a scan and check everything... the healing process.
Fingers crossed for you xx hope you get sorted soon x

I had two c sections and after my first one i was exactly like you. Turned out, I have endometriosis due likely my first c section. Ask for a second opinion or speak with your gp about endometriosis. They can refer you to a specialist. If it is, the soon you start treatment the better. It spreads quickly!

If still stuck. Contact PALS about your doctor and explain they are dismissing you. They are really good help

Yes! I have this every single month now since my emergency c sec. Much worse around ovulation, it’s a real heaviness in that area almost feels bruised (best way I’ve been able to explain it to my partner is like extreme DOMs after an intense workout but in my ovary/lower abdomen pelvic floor area). I’ve had an ultrasound and things looked fine, seen a women’s physio specialist and she said my pelvic floor is very tight but wasn’t sure if this would be connected to the ovulation sensation I was describing. I’ve got no answers sadly. But just wanted to say you aren’t alone!

16 week midwife app

In my notes for my 16 week appointment It says to attend alone, however I want my husband to hear the baby’s heartbeat if they offer, did anyone else attend with partners and find it was okay? Thanks x

Health concern.. help?

To shorten this, I have been breast feeding for now 7 months. My appetite has decreased and I’m having to force myself to eat or I’ll forget. I’ve had to call EMS to my home because I almost passed out and their response was that I’m dehydrated? Anyways. I’ve been trying to push more fluids and food lately but since that recent health scare I feel my body just hasn’t recuperated? I’m drinking more water I’m eating more but I feel waves of being sick? My hair feels thinner and I’m convinced I’m anemic? I have a dr appointment in another week but I just wanted to see if there was anyone out there that’s had similar issues? 🫤 do I need to stop breast feeding?

TMI but nothing is TMI in this group lol!

I’m 38 weeks plus 4 days pregnant today. This morning I felt a bit more discharge than normal (sort of went down my legs) but I couldn’t see anything in my underwear. Has anyone else experienced this or is it my mucus plug?
