Lava

So not only do I struggle to sleep past 2/3am, the throat lava of acid reflux is quite literally the worst… any tips? Gaviscon gets regularly used

Omeprezole, I have had acid reflux the whole time and my dr just started me on it.

My acid reflux has been so bad it’s caused me to literally throw up stomach acid. My doctor prescribed me Pepcid, 2 doses of regular strength twice a day it’s helped a lot

Tums antacid chewable tablets were a godsend to me before, during and after pregnancy with heartburn/acid reflux. They come in tablets and gummies. They’re American but you can get them on Amazon x

Vagina!

Sorry to be graphic but I’m 7 weeks PP and for the first time I’ve looked down there with a mirror and I’m in shock!

It looks so different and I can practically see the inside of my vagina, has anyone has a similar experience?

Me and my partner are going to have sex tomorrow for the first time and now I’m worried.

Pain at 18 weeks

Hey! I’m 18 weeks and 3 days pregnant, I’ve been feeling a pressure like pain, especially when I lay on my side and just makes me worried. Does anyone else have this? I have my 20 week scan on the 28th of this month so not long to make sure everything is okay.

Emergency C Section Recovery

Had an emergency c section a week ago today which was quite bad as I was 9.5cm dilated and ended up with other complications.

I thought I would be a bit more mobile by now but still feeling so sore especially on one side of my scar. Guess just wanted to understand anyone else’s experiences and recovery process and if there is anything I can do to reduce the scar it looks big and raised at the moment!!
