I had an emergency C-section at the start of September, and I haven’t had my 6 week discharge/follow up appointment come through from the NHS yet. Are we meant to organise this or is an appointment sent out? Can’t wait to find out when I can start some light exercise and scar massage etc! I’ve had other appointments since but nothing that focuses on this. Thank you 🙏🏼

Yes, I had to book it myself with the GP, they don’t do this for you x

On badger notes theres “share my notes with my gp”
If you do that, the baby registering, baby vaccines and your check up gets booked automatically

That being said, my gp forgot about me and did need a reminder call lmao

This has reminded me to book mine

They had booked it for me weeks before, but I wasn't informed until I called up to book it myself. 🙄

Day 2 pain

Had my CS Tuesday. Felt really well afterwards but today I've struggled especially as day has gone on. Feeling like I need more pain relief. When does the pain start to ease off ?

12 weeks scan

Just to give you hands up.

It’s so sad that children are not allowed in the screening room. My little one was so excited to see his sibling and ended up waiting outside with my husband. We kind of lost the special moment. We are planning to go private soon.

Thankfully baby is doing really great❤️

I’m 8 weeks pregnant today and I’ve had a lot of cramping is this normal in second pregnancy
