Holiday hacks
Two kids now - please give me all the hacks packing cubes or shoe storage? Do we need cases that clip together? I know you can use trolleys but what about after transfer when we will have a double buggy and hand luggage? Is baby okay to go on transfer bus? There is only a shower is an inflatable bath okay? Tia

How old is baby? Id take baby carrier for when you dont have pushchair after landing. We also try to take rucksacks so we have our hands free for children getting off the plane. Transfer bus for babies is personal opinion. You'll get many against it but many that do it (obviously its safer to do private transfer with car seat!). Again depending on age of baby, I would wash them in the shower with mum or dad.
Baby needs to sit on knee on a coach transfer. Inflatable bath is good idea - can put it in the shower or use the sink.
Suitcases and buggy is an art
Toddler 3.5, baby is 4 months, we’ve been abroad twice with just toddler, we are looking for a second hand double pram
We tried to get a taxi with car seat last time and they cancelled!

Video Games
Anyone’s husband still
play video games or is it just my husband? It’s such a turn off for me 🤢 He just started using an old phone to play a game on there but prior he would go to the basement anytime he could to play but now he just sitting around up here on the phone playing games and it’s so f*cking annoying. He literally spent two hours this morning that phone then took it with him to the bathroom to play while he used the bathroom now he’s literally standing in the kitchen playing while I brush my daughter’s hair.

Teething?
Hi, is it possible my 11 week old is teething? His cheeks are often quite red, nappies are wetter and he’s now sucking both his hands quite vigorously even though he’s just been fed.

I’m so sorry this isn’t really about my baby or motherhood. I’m a single mum to a little boy and I’ve been working my absolute arse off whilst i can get baby free time but i just feel like im constantly broke. i always make sure my baby has everything and ill do whatever I can to make sure he has what he needs and wants. so i got myself into debt. he’s just had his bday so that was klarna and clearpay used. When i became a single mum i had no where to go so i had a loan for hotel rooms. I used a credit card to replace all his clothes, toys, bottles, steriliser, cot, walker etc. i left with nothing and had to build it all back up again. I try as much as i can to make the monthly payments etc but it’s just not helping. does anyone know how to get help with this ? I’ve called the company’s but non of them seem to understand or hear me. It’s like talking to a wall. I know it seems silly but I truly just wanted best for my little boy in a really hard and 💩 situation.

I’m pissed
Okay so I’m just pissed that my boyfriend decides to get drunk every weekend and spends hours playing games then nighttime is coming and he has to go to couch bc we cosleep. But baby boy has been awake since 2am and so fussy and ofc I’m the one handling everything bc I do days and nights and baths and cries and I’m just so exhausted and pissed at him bc he gets free time to play and get drunk but I don’t get ANY free time to do anything. I haven’t even showered.
I’m just so tired and I know load can’t be balanced bc I’m EBF so basically I need to be available for baby always (which is not a problem bc this type of feeding was my decision) but he NEVER does nights, he doesn’t even know how to put him to sleep. And don’t even get me started on how many times A DAY I ask him if he has washed his hands. I don’t understand the fact that he DOESNT UNDERSTAND how important hygiene is when our baby is taking his hands to his mouth ALL THE TIME. UGHHHH I’m just so tired of everything.

Prepping for blackout
I don’t watch the news but my social media is full of people preparing for a blackout. Stocking cupboards and getting emergency essentials.
Who is actually doing this?
My husband said it’s crap and nothing will happen but a part of me thinks what if it does and we have nothing?
We have 2 kids and I would hate if it actually did happen and we had nothing and the shops were empty :(
