Hiya what do you mean by hurt hun xx

Do you have OCD? This is a common symptom of postpartum OCD, i’m sorry you’re going through this!

Get some rest momma ! It’s normal to worry especially with ur baby being small but you need a breather !!! Some fresh air , some time away from the baby ask family to have the baby while u do something alone !!!!! I’ve been there YOU WILL BE OKAY I PROMISE 💕just decompress and take some time away so you can miss your baby , I need a break from time to time so I can miss my kids , if we’re always together I get stressed AND my mental health serves my children ,
A fit mind to be a fit parent is IMPORTANT and it’s normal don’t feel guilty !!!! It’s okay to ask for help❤️

When they say put them down in a safe place and step away they mean it mama! When I get overwhelmed with my son I place him in his crib and close the bedroom door and take 5-15 minutes to myself to calm down. If you gotta go splash water on your face or scream in a pillow, whatever it takes! Just make sure you're fully calm and ready to console your baby when you go to get them out of the crib! Do not walk back into the room or pick them back up if you're still frustrated. If you have any sort of village or anyone you trust have them come help so you can take a shower or eat a hot meal. That fear and realization that you are at wits end is what will keep your baby safe!

It’s not an abnormal fear but if you are truly worried you should speak to someone about it. I’d get in touch with a therapist as soon as you can. You need extra support, postpartum is a real thing and you need to have the right support to get through it. Hugs 🫂

It’s not abnormal to have anxiety about hurting your baby. You should talk to a doctor about PPD, though. And the sleep deprivation certainly doesn’t help. Lean into your support if you have any. I’m so sorry you’re experiencing this! But you will get through this, mama!

Definitely been there 0-4 months were the hardest times I genuinely felt exhausted hopeless and feeling the same way you feel. What helped me was putting my baby in a safe place and giving myself 5 minutes to recharge. The one thing I kept telling myself was that she’s just a baby everything is so new she’s only been in this world for 4 months she’s having a hard time she’s not giving me a hard time. Trying to reframe it helped me a lot. Also on top of that I hired a babysitter to help watch her while I was at home and she would be the one to put her down for naps which was the part that exhausted me the most. Hope this helps but you got this mama it gets so much better trust me!!!!

Hi do you have any support around you? Someone who can watch the baby for a few hours so you can get some rest? A few hours would make a huge difference…

Bangladeshi?
I'm 8 weeks pregnant and honestly am this close 🤏🏼 to stopping eating and drinking all together. The nausea is never ending and i get no relief no matter what i eat or drink. I am gaining weight already because i am trying to eat beige foods to relieve the nausea and its not working anyway. So i'm gaining weight with no benefit. 🤬 I have tried all the little tricks and nothing works. Bland foods, little and often, sips of fluid, crackers, sweets, ginger, orange juice, flapjacks, biscuits. I dont want to eat and have no apetite but forcing myself to for the nausea. Everything tastes wrong, even the things i crave. 🤯 I am exhausted with no time to actually rest.

I posted about this earlier, but now I have another thought. If I were to do my babies first birthday party, it’s gonna be in December and it is cold and could snow, we have already gotten permission to do it at our church so there wasn’t be any activities for the other people kids. As a parent are we worried about that or no? We have an extremely small budget to use for decor and food, what did yall do for food?

I’m pregnant with my first baby. We are expecting a little boy in mid January.
My partner and I have a few names on our list that we like, however I fear none of them are “his name”.
I’ve had the name Jude picked out for a boy for a very long time, since my early teenage years. I love it, but it’s become ridiculously popular now. 🥲💔💔 This really puts me off using it!
We are loving the name Saul at the moment.
Can anyone give us some inspo for a middle name for Saul? Our surname is two-syllables and begins with L.

36 weeks and have been so overly emotional for no reason! Can't stop crying over nothing. Is this a sign labour is coming sooner?
