I'm 6 weeks PP and I have no desire to be intimate. I tried to explain to my husband that my body hasn't been mine for almost a year now with growing a human. Not to mention giving birth, recovering and bleeding off and on for 6 weeks, and to top it off I'm exclusively pumping so I feel like a cow 4 hours of the day. All he heard was "so don't touch you. Great."

100% not interested in any of that right now!

yeah I'm actually disgusted by the thought

Yes. I am not interested in any of that either. My baby boy loves being held by me but he wants it almost the whole day. He seeks for my warmth and his fav position is sleeping in my chest, also finding time to pump feels like im out of time or cant seem to find a routine that works yet. So definitely being intimate with my husband is not my top priority especially when he's going back to work in a week and I will have the baby alone at home without his help.

Wish I felt like this last year. Now I have Irish twins 😂... but now I'm definitely not ready.
Hey girls! I'm needing to make more mommy friends. I just have no social life and I'm tired of being alone🤣
Please don't hesitate to reach out! 💕

Any fellow Teacher assistants out there that have returned to work in July time ?
We only get paid for 39 weeks of the year and it obviously gets spread out over the 12 month period. I will be due to go on Mat leave start of November. If I go back at the end of July possibly just the last week will I still then get pay as per contract for August as normal or will I only get paid the hours I worked ?
Because currently my SMP would end mid August so would then have no pay until the end of September after my return if I don’t go back until the September 🤦🏼♀️

Hello
I just want to know others opinions and experience - if you went back to studying/ working and school with a LO. I’m currently doing 12hr shifts and I am 2 years PP. I want to start a PGCE or try to apply for my Masters for January start and I’m just struggling to work out what’s best in the long run!!

Where are the women that actually want to connect with other moms and become friends? It feels like a never ending cycle of my time getting wasted responding to people that can’t respond back.

Has anyone else noticed more women being “witchy” once the season hits? It’s not a trend, it’s a lifestyle and a belief for many who practice. 💚💜
