My period has came back 3 months pp. I am EBF. Is this normal? Will it affect my supply?

I’ve had the same and my supply is still ok :)
Normal i got mine back 4 weeks pp 😅 your supply will be fine ypu may notice it may dip a little but shouldnt ne enough to effect baby as long as you keep feeding like normal x
My 5 month old feeds from one breast and ive had multiple periods and been completely fine some peoples bodys are just diffrent x
Absolutely normal....unfortunately. mine came back at 6 weeks with my first and 8 weeks with my second

Iron deficiency cause of underactive thyroid?
Has anyone had there iron and thyroid checked and it’s come back showing your thyroid is underactive and you have iron deficiency. And doctor gave iron tablets then on your next blood test your thyroid levels were back to normal has anyone had this happen please? Appreciate information if anyone has. Thank you

“less people-pleasing, more living” era?
Hi ladies 🤍 I’m Louise, and I’ve been navigating surgically induced menopause following surgery for an ectopic pregnancy two years ago.
It’s been a journey! I didn’t feel heard by my GPs and eventually went private to a prescribing nurse. I’ve tried several different HRT medications and still get symptoms now and again.
But there’s one unexpected change I’m quite enjoying… my “what will people think?” button appears to have stopped working 😂🙌
I love my family and care about people, but worrying about everyone’s opinion of how I live my life? My remaining 🦊 are being saved for things that actually matter 🤣
It’s made me look at life differently and think about what I want too.
Anyone else found themselves in their “less people-pleasing, more living” era? Please tell me it’s not just me! 😂🤍 xx

Another failed cycle…
Aunt flow appeared last night! Another failed cycle! So fed up! Only three months in and it’s so sad every time I get my period!
