So I’m a mom of two and I don’t know if anybody else has felt the way that I feel but I haven’t really been out without my kids in years and when I make plans with somebody I feel like sometimes I get cold feet end up not going because I have just too much anxiety and then I self sabotage and beat me myself up for not going and making new connections

Yes hun, this is very common with anxiety. You make plans when you’re smiling and feeling good, then when the day comes, you get cold feet and cancel or hope the other person cancels first. And then you beat yourself up over it and it makes you feel worse x

Yes! I recommend starting small. Maybe meet a friend for dinner somewhere close to home. Or go to a movie by yourself. Once you feel comfortable, stay out a little later or go somewhere a little more outside of your comfort zone. Essentially, you would be doing exposure therapy with yourself, but it is important you start small.
Hi, I’m Zainab from Nigeria 🇳🇬. I’m 18, and I have a 1.5-year-old daughter. ❤️
I’m looking for a friend I can chat with regularly, call, share gossip and little moments with, and talk about anything and everything! 🥹💗
Please don’t comment if you’re going to ghost me 😂😭. Age doesn’t matter to me as long as we genuinely connect! And I don’t mind long distance
This is what I look like. 😊💕

I constantly brag to people about how amazing sex with my man is. It’s the best I’ve ever had, and in the beginning I just wanted to jump his bones constantly. We don’t do it as frequently, and it just feels like he’s never in the mood. I thought maybe this was just the honey moon phase ended, and we were in a solid relationship. We dropped sex to about 3-4 times a week, compared to the 3-4 times a day we used to do it. I thought this still seemed healthy, and then even when it dropped to 2-3 times a week, I still thought we were strong. Yes, I’ll admit sometimes it seems like I want it more than him, and he only seems to want it when I’m very obviously not in the mood. Then he made a comment to our friends about how sex life is the one thing he’d change, because while he loved me, the sex just isn’t very good and he struggles to get off when we are together. I felt really heartbroken over this comment, and he seemed shocked I didn’t feel the same way. I told him I thought we had great sex, and it was one of the best parts of our relationship in my opinion. He disagrees and says it’s not good, and he usually lies about getting off and just takes care of himself in the bathroom after we’re done. I feel crushed and asked for some space, and he says I’m being dramatic and that we were having good conversation, but I told him it didn’t feel good for me. It was heartbreaking and painful to hear, and I need space and time to think.
Now I’m here writing this. I don’t know how to feel. I do know I feel insecure and undesirable and honestly pretty foolish. Definitely not attractive or sexy anymore. Like looking at myself and feeling like everything has been a lie…

I am needing a mom BFF that is low maintenance and trying to figure out life with kids especially with more then one kiddo! My kids are 14 and almost 1! Need a mama that we can vent back and forth to each other, pick each other up, be motivators, not afraid to be opinionated.
