Apple watch vs oura ring

Well that depends do you just want to see your temperature, bpm, activity when you exercise and help with your period tracking? Because theres abit more you can do with apple watch than what you can do with oura but if you don’t care for all the stuff apple watch gives you just get the Oura ring

I think if you’re looking to track your overall health then oura ring but apple watch does a little more than the oura ring but isn’t as detailed as the ring when it comes to tracking your body. I see some women notice their body changes with the ring when they get pregnant
