My newborn struggles to settle and stay asleep, especially when I try to put them down.
He sleeps amazingly during the day, but between 10pm and 4am he is so restless..
What tips or routines have helped your babies sleep better? Any advice on getting through those unsettled nights would be really appreciated!

Having a bath before bed helped mine when she was a newborn! (Idk if you’ve already tried this or not so thought I’d suggest) I hope that gets better. I know how hard that can be. My daughter had a phase like that.

Just want to start by saying it is nothing you are doing / not doing.
Baby thinks they are a part of you hence why they instantly wake when pit down. It is totally normal for them to want to be held all the time - but obviously hard for us as we need to sleep at some point!
If you can, maybe take turns/ shifts with your partner / anyone who is with you so one tries to keep the baby settled while the other sleeps (this may be trickier for a Breastfed baby tho). It’s not a long term solution but may help in the first week or so.
Have you tried swaddling for bedtime? Helps prevent startle reflex which often wakes newborns.
Make sure rooms are bright and that baby gets daylight (even if just sat by window) then darken and quieten everything at night time.
When it’s hard remember, everything is a season and will pass. You’re doing great x
Is it normal for a baby to constantly poo when they start weaning? My daughter is pooing so much since we started weaning last week, as in every nappy has some amount of poo in it. Just want to make sure this is normal before contacting doctors etc

My son is 2 years and 6 months he can say alot of words me and his dad can make out what he's saying and he has improved a lot since starting nursery in January
However I know I shouldn't compare but when I see kids his age, they're speaking in sentences, can directly ask for what they want, and their communication is much more stronger. However, my son has great understanding and can follow instructions. His speech is not clear, but people can understand him. I don't know what I can do to support him further and I don't know if I should be concerned enough to take him to the doctors. I've taken him to the doctors before and they said that because he can understand things, he will eventually pick up more words and start saying sentences. This was when he was 2 years old.

Help! My son is a little over nine months old and changing his diaper and putting clothes on him is an absolute nightmare. Anybody have any suggestions to help me not lose my sanity with changing and dressing my little alligator at this point?
I’ve tried singing and toy distraction and at this point it doesn’t work anymore. Lol.
