Is anyone else in the trenches with a 6 month old. My boy is awful at the moment. He won’t sleep through the night cos he’s up randomly screaming. He wants to crawl but he can’t so he sits on his hands and knees screaming. Put him down he screams. He’s teething so obvs his screaming. Nap time he screams. The soundtrack to my life is the tiny thing screaming and if you ignore him he screams louder

Yes mama! You are not alone.
My little one will NOT sleep, she won’t settle. Won’t nap. Won’t sleep at night.
I am so so tired.
I’m told it gets better - I’m praying it’s very soon. I am too tired 🥺

Yes to all of this 🥹

Calpol, baby Nurofen and teething gel helps!

My boy is exactly the same its so exhausting and he wakes my 17 month old through the night too😭😴😴

Yes! My little girl only sleeps for max an hour and half at a time at night and has to be fed back to sleep each time. Her naps have gone to shjt as well so she’s constantly overtired. Shes also desperate to crawl but can’t do it and has been teething forever with no signs of any teeth. I also think shes going through separation anxiety as well as she screams at anyone apart from me and my husband and even then sometimes she won’t settle with him. It’s absolutely exhausting

Yes yes and yes!😩

I don’t remember my other two being this bad! I thought I’d seen it all as a 3rd timer, but this kid is something else. With you in the trenches! 😬
Can anyone tell me where I can get free formula the ar pink enfamil can by chance please?

I’m currently 16 days pp from a c section and I constantly have a headache. I’ve had it since around day 5. Did anyone else have this experience and how long did it last? It’s the one thing getting me down!

Hi, any EBF mamas here - when did you get your first period back after giving birth? I am currently 4.5 months PP and haven’t gotten mine back yet, I know if you’re breastfeeding it normally takes a while to get it back but just curious to know how long it took others!

Help! My son is a little over nine months old and changing his diaper and putting clothes on him is an absolute nightmare. Anybody have any suggestions to help me not lose my sanity with changing and dressing my little alligator at this point?
I’ve tried singing and toy distraction and at this point it doesn’t work anymore. Lol.

We’re two weeks into this new chapter 💗
Would love to hear how you manage a newborn and a toddler, especially when you’re on your own with both. Any tips or little things that have helped you would be so appreciated! 🫶🏼💕

My Mil is visiting every other Saturday , stays for an hour or so to see my baby , never asks if i need any help or support knowing that i am struggling with taking care of baby, cleaning and cooking, doing my masters degree and also studying for my driving theory test. Yesterday she started asking me questions about when I am going to start sleep training cause she thinks my baby needs to learn how to be more independent (we cosleep). It really pisses me off that i have no help from her whatsoever but she dares to give me sarcastic advices even if this doesn’t impact her at all. She s saying that her kids used to rock themselves to sleep and was very adamant from the beginning that newborn are able to self sooth , making comments about me wearing the carrier to often , or the fact that i rock the baby to sleep. When i was pregnant she used to say that she will be here all the time to help me out cause my baby is her only grandchild, the only help i have ever received was a roast dinner the day i came back from the hospital after a c section. She was against me having an elective c section because she would not be able to be in the room when the baby was born , getting upset and talking behind my back to the whole family about the fact that i dont know what a c section implies( i recovered very quickly and it was the best decision ever).
Long story short, i am european and she is english, i know there are so many differences in our culture but it just pisses me off so much to the point where i absolutely hate having her around. Worst part is that i can t say anything because my partner loves her to death, obviously being his mom and also my family is not around and they are all i have. She knows i m dealing with postpartum depression, she knows i am feeling really lonely and i can t drive atm , but she just never seems to care or makes a little effort to make my life easier. Asking for advice, i am feeling really down atm and i feel like i started holding a grudge
