Anyone else really emotional about there baby being 1? I’m pregnant with my second and I don’t know if it’s the hormones but I can’t help but cry at the thought she’s growing up 😂. I miss being pregnant for the first time and having the feeling of holding your first newborn 🥲 like to think il never get that back hurts my heart 😅 I’d love to do it all over again for the first time ( definitely doesn’t feel as surreal second time around).

Ohhh yesssss 🥹🥹 I just finished buying some stuff on internet for his birthday party and randomly started to cry just thinking about my baby being 1 year old 🥹🐻

My girls 1 on Saturday. I’m not ready in the slightest. Think it’s made worse by the fact she’s donor conceived and quite possibly the only child I’ll ever have so I never get to experience any of that again even though I’d love to. I keep thinking back to what I was doing this time last year and it makes me so emotional

I get a little emotional for her 1st. Shes my 3rd baby but there was a chance she was here and i wasnt from her birth so for us both to be here almost a year on makes me a little emotional. Plus i had a newborn, 1 year old and 2 year old for 5 weeks and this year in a couple weeks its a 1 year old, 2 year old and a 3 year old before my eldest 4 in december
I’m 28 weeks today 🤧😭

Anyone turned down the Glucose test?
Midwife booked me in for a Glucose test without talking about it with us first or letting us know we needed none. Letter says I need to be in the hospital waiting room for 3 hours between the test so I'll need to take the whole morning off work for it. Plus so will a family member as I'm awful with needles (passing out with panic attacks). Wondering if anyone has turned it down before, or know what the nhs's criteria is for offering jt? Neither of my sisters got offered the test when they were pregnant

Hit 32weeks and bam I feel like I did in the first trimester but I’m not sure if it’s the RSV vaccination I had the other day!
I’ve been sick ooh I haven’t missed it! I hope it’s not coming back! Been in bed most the day I feel so drained! And feeling nauseous on and off! 😭
Anyone else feeling like dog shit!

Hi, I am 37 yo currently 25 weeks pregnant post a first trimester loss earlier this year. I have a BMI over 30 and am currently an inpatient at hospital for unexplained pain. We are hoping I can be discharged from hospital in a week although it’s likely I will be signed off work for the remainder of the pregnancy.
My placenta is completely on top of my cervix which is causing a lot of pressure. Whilst there is still a chance it may move, the dr has said it is unlikely that my placenta will have moved enough to give 2cm clearance from the cervix so a c section is likely.
I am curious about the timing of the planned section from others experiences? I’ve been told 37+ weeks by the sonographer, 36 by one midwife, 34 weeks by another midwife and as close to due date as possible by another so I’m pretty confused! Help please! X
