This might be a long one.
Long story short, im married and I have children.
Ive only ever been with Males,
Though lately im finding that i am finding women attractive. Live ive always noticed if another female is attractive so to speak of and ive always commented and made sure to mention to them if I find them pretty like a compliment so to speak of.
Though lately while being on FB ive had reels pop up where I have some some women to be drop dead attractive like I mean smoking hot.
Like I guess im happily married though now im starting to question if im gay or not. Like im 40 years old.
Is this normal?

I also had sex with A LOT of « straight » women, I do believe we are all more or less bisexual.
Maybe you can open to your husband about it and you can have a discussion about what he can be comfortable with .. ?
As a late in life lesbian there are things you can do to explore your sexuality while being in a relationship with a man. I would recommend doing a lot of self reflection. Deconstruction of compulsory heterosexuality is helpful. You break down why you like men. Why you like women. Is it because society has standards and expectations? Is it because of how you were raised? Religious trauma that made you not fully discover yourself? Talk with queer women to hear different people’s stories. Watch wlw movies. Read wlw books. Every one has their own journey but i definitely think it’s worth looking into.

Just a little rant
I efb and take progesterone-only birth control and good I hate it. Started my period right after starting it. Switch taking it at night instead of morning got it again then I missed taking it by 4 minutes one night and got it back and the past two nights I’ve been so deep in cleaning up and getting ready for the next day I missed taking it on time and I’m probably going to get it again. It like every 2 weeks I’m on my period again 😩
