Bath times-how many times a week

So I need to ask how many times do I need to bathe my baby, I usually do it three times a week, I did her last night and will have a bath on Tuesday night, it's mainly a shower with mum as I can't access the bath at the moment but I am 100% safe with her in there but I found if I did it with her she sleeps better, she's five months old.
I usually strip her off, get into the shower and use an old mam bottle to pour water over her, wash her hair and body, gently and carefully, I use a muzzy to help hold her, then I dry her and put on lotion that for nights, like Nalas oil, which is amazing and smells divine. But should I be doing it more or not

Personally I wouldn’t bathe my baby this much. She washes once a week max.

That’s fine, just give her a wipe down on the in-between days.
My boy has eczema so we’ve only ever done 3 days a week so his skin doesn’t dry out too much and he is fine ☺️

I bath my little boy 2/3 times a week and just wipe down on the days I don’t wash him in the bath x

Every morning my little one have a quick one with water and I use kids soap to clean his butt, that’s it and once a week I bath him with like shampoo etc… full body..

It’s totally up to you, and what works for your baby/life. I bathed my baby every night.

I have always bathed my son every other day when he could start taking regular baths.

Definitely what works for you, we do every other day, especially now she’s weaning but they really don’t need bathing very often at this age

We do it whenever we can. We are busy people and like to be out and about. So this week was twice. Monday and Saturday. We will see when the next one is. Looking at our schedule, most likely Friday lol.

I've always done around 3 time a week. Sometimes a bit more often now she's older (16 months) x

My little girl has a bath every night as part of her routine

How old is she? When my boy was less than 6 months I did bath once a week and used a soft cloth and a top and tail bath with warm water to wash hands, feet, face and bum every night before bed. Between 6-12 I gave him a bath every 2-3 days and since 1 I just chuck him sitting on the floor of the shower with me every time I have a shower and give him a scrub down. Still do hand feet face and bum on the days he doesn’t get a bath/shower

At 5 months 3x a week isn’t necessary unless they’re actually getting dirty, sounds like it’s a lot of work for you to be bringing her in the shower with you, so feel free to skip it and leave her in a bouncer while you shower 🫶🏼

Emma Diary

I picked up my Emma Diary bag and inside was some coupons, however the fairy detergent doesn’t specify where I can redeem it, has anyone been able to redeem theirs. X

Back pain

Hiya mamas! I’m 6 months pp and cosleeping (I have ben trying to get my boy to sleep in his next to me but he wakes up on transfers - it is a constant struggle) but my back is absolutely killing me! Am I the only one?! How can I try and help my baby settle in his own sleep space? I’ve tried feet first, holding him close until he is down, even me leaning into the next to me so I can feed him to sleep then I move after he’s asleep but he wakes up within 5 mins😭. He was doing so well in the next to me at about 4 months then got a cold then started teething so trying to start again now he’s settling better again but I’m so uncomfortable I want to cry😭

I think I’m looking for sympathy and solutions😂😂

Baby will not sleep in anything on her back

Hi all, our little one is 1 week 2 days and will not tolerate being on her back in anything we are having to take shifts to hold her overnight so the other one can sleep but obviously this can’t last forever and I’m so scared one of us is going to fall asleep holding her, she will sleep in her bouncer in the day as she’s more upright - any ideas?
We have tried making her next to me smell like us, we are trying different swaddles to see what helps her feel most secure I put her down and she will only give us about 10 minutes before she will start fussing leading to bawling if we don’t notice because we have fallen asleep

Should I be worried or is this normal?

My little boy is almost 14 months & everything still goes in his mouth. I appreciate that’s how they explore etc but I’m talking cardboard, fluff, crumbs off the floor. I Hoover and tidy so much but anything I miss then straight in his mouth!
I’ve taken him to the park and he just sit on the floor and puts the leaves and twigs in his mouth?
Please tell me this is a phase that they grow out of?

Milestones

Where is your little one with their milestones/ development?

My son is 6 months in 11 days and still hasn’t rolled over from back to tummy, he’s done tummy to back at most a couple of times but no matter what I do to help and encourage him to roll there is nothing he doesn’t seem bothered.

Don’t want to be one for comparing kids but when my daughter was at his age she was crawling, fully aware all kids develop differently and do things in their own time but being nearly 6 months and not bothered about rolling is this something to be concerned about??
