Hello, it’s been a while since I’ve had a newborn! My little one sleeps from 9pm to 6am when she properly wakes up. However we wake her up between 1-2am for a nappy change and feed. She’s starting to become less interested in the 2am feed and does not open her eyes at all.
She’s nearly 6 weeks, should I keep waking her for the feed (more like a dream feed at this point) or just let her wake naturally even though it could be a long time from her last feed?
Thank you ☺️

Omg no dont wake her lol! Unless there are weight issues leave her be and enjoy your sleep

My health visitor told me that once they've gotten back to their birth weight after the initial drop, as long as they're growing and gaining weight well there is no need to wake overnight for feeds. Enjoy the sleep 🥰

There's so many mixed thoughts on this. Ive been told ill be waking him for a good while at least every 4 hours. I have a nearly 5 week old

Thank you ☺️ xx

Our 5 week old has started doing 6-8 hours a night. Absolutely not waking her up! My older two slept through from 4weeks old too and we never ever woke them. Enjoy the sleep as long as they are feeding enough through the day and gaining weight 🥰 xx
Am I crazy? 😂 I’m 39, have three kids, and my youngest is only 8 months old, yet I’m already thinking about having a fourth!
I’ve always wanted a big family, but my pregnancies have been awful. I had gestational diabetes, was constantly sick during my last pregnancy, and ended up having an emergency C-section because I couldn’t breathe and my baby stopped moving.
My eldest has autism and needs a lot of my time and attention, which I want to give her. I also have absolutely no support from anyone, so realistically, another baby would be a lot.
But why do I still want another one? Is it just human nature to keep wanting more babies, even after everything we’ve been through? Please tell me I’m crazy for even considering another pregnancy! 😂

Hi moms ❤️ My 8-month-old baby has had blood mixed with mucus in his poop for the past 5 days. I’ve taken him to his pediatrician, but I still don’t have many answers. He isn’t in pain and is behaving normally, but I’m so worried and feel helpless. Has anyone experienced this with their baby? What was the cause? 😔

I’m personally a very deep sleeper 😂 can literally sleep through anything and I was really paranoid that I wouldn’t wake up for my baby or maternal instincts wouldn’t kick in for me to wake up. Everyone told me it would be different when I have my own child and that I’d wake up but low and behold, I only wake up when she full on starts crying 😂😅
Anyone else?

Hello! Im wanting to pump so my husband can help occasionally, my baby is EBF currently. I have the momcozy pump, when ive sterilised it and used it once, do I then need to sterilise again? I havent been proactive with it because I cant be bothered boiling stuff every single time 🤣
Im talking more than one pump per day too, obviously if it was the day after etc I would resterilise.
Thank you

My 4 week old has slept through last three nights without a feed - I'm talking 11 till 6! Whilst unbelievable...is that ok? He is feeding 8 times at least in day and plenty of wet and dirty nappies. He's above birth weight etc. obviously sleep is great but is it normal? Also aware it will probably not last and that is also ok!
