Babygirl is 5 months 12 days / 23 weeks, 4 days.
She goes to sleep between 6-7pm, wakes up between 6-7am. She has a 7oz bottle in the morning, then sleeps usually anytime between 8:30/9 for about 30-45 minutes. Then she will have another bottle at some point in the morning, 6oz, then a nap early afternoon 1-1:30pm ish. Then another 6oz. Then she naps sort of 4-5pm and then has a 7oz after her bath before bed. She sometimes has another 6oz in the afternoon if she asks for it. She sleeps through the night so her daytime naps are all over the place.

My little one was pretty much the same at this age.
She's 7.5 old now and still sleeps through the night. I'd rather her naps be all over the place in the day and she sleep well at night.
Gotta pick your battles but everything you've written all seems OK me mama! xx

What are you worried about here exactly? She sounds like she's doing great! Mine was similar at that age but slept 8 hours overnight and her daytime naps were longer - we didn't start getting 11+ hour stretches until she was closer to a year and down to 1-2 naps. Her daytime naps were always a bit unpredictable and all over the place but I was mostly just grateful for the long stretch overnight.

At that age, my LO didnt have set naps either but we worked with wake windows. So he'd sleep 3.5h after waking from last nap for example. It was only when he dropped to one nap that he now has a set nap time

theres no wrong answer with naps, each baby is different so dont get worried about it. my daughter didnt get into a decent routine until 10months. and has only started going to bed at 7/7.30 as of the last 7months. i really wouldnt worry about it especially if bubba is only 5months old. they will always do as they please😂 you will establish a routine where its more predictable when shes a little bit older.. thats what i found anyway. but like i said all babies are different and will have different routines xx
Mine does this occasionally and I feel guilty because I’m too exhausted to get up and engage. Do you start the day or keep things quiet and try to settle them back to sleep?

Hello everyone!
My firstborn has always had a slower hair growth but it was slowly getting there and I could do little hairstyles with it which she absolutely loved. But her hair is getting thinner and drier and nothing has changed health or diet wise. This picture is from March 2026 and I’ll post her latest one in the comments.
Do you have any tips? Or is this normal? Is your toddlers hair similar?
My 2nd born is younger by 2 years and she’s got so much more hair and it’s much healthier and longer.

My baby’s not a big feeder. She prefers little and often instead of a big amount every 3-4 hours. Spoken with my health visitor and she says it’s fine. My baby is formula fed so I can see her intake. How do I know when she’s full? She will take 0.5oz then stop sucking but i try get her to have 2oz per feed. Am i overfeeding?

Hi,
my little girl is 8 weeks old now and weighing a lovely 12 7oz 🥰
We have tried a variety of nappies since birth including Aldi Sainsbury’s Asda and Pampers.
We normally use Asda in the day and Pampers at night, she’s in size 2 at the moment and has started sleeping for much longer stretches 6+ hours and I’m finding we are having more leaks when this happens.
She sometimes has red marks on her thighs (she has some chunky thighs!) so I did think about sizing up to size 3 in the pampers and going for the baby dry range but I worry these would be too big around her waist!
Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations?
