anxiety is so high right now

so i bathed my baby and when i was lathering him up with soap and washed his hands and arms and that’s when i noticed he brought his hands to his mouth and i panicked because i saw soap all over his chin and lips, without thinking i poured some water on him and then i watched him swallow some of the water. he didn’t cough or anything like that. i immediately freaked out since i heard water this young is toxic to babies. mind you my baby is only 3 weeks old. now its been like 45 minutes since his bath and he’s been breathing normally and acting normally. and im not seeing any bad signs. i mean he did have some spit back since he fed prior to the bath and i couldn’t get him to burp. do i have to contact anyone or will this one time occurrence not do any harm to my baby?

No mama, a lil bit of water is fine.

Water is not toxic. They shouldn't be given any to drink it's true, but having a tiny bit in their mouth isn't dangerous

The only bad thing that could happen is that the baby gets a bit of a tummy ache from the water when swallowed. I wouldn't contact anyone if there is nothing showing.
Btw my baby is soon a year old and we haven't started with soap yet. Always just clean everything with pure water. Baby skin is very sensitive and soap can irritate it

Sleep for us mums

Often we forget about ourselves when we’ve had children as they always come first. Before having my baby I used to sleep 8-8.5hrs a night. On average I get between 6-7hrs now. Just curious what your all functioning on I feel like a walking zombie every day even though Im still getting a pretty decent sleep.

I’m done. Can someone help me

Posting on here as you’re a month ahead. Since 3.5 months my baby stopped sleeping through the night and woke hourly. 7 weeks later he’s still waking hourly and will only be BF back to sleep.

The worst part is it’s a constant cycle of him having bad reflux and trapped wind and constantly feeding. We tried to rock him back to sleep for one hour last night but he wouldn’t sleep, again, only fed back to sleep.

My mental health is on the floor and I’m now being threatened with a parent and baby unit because I can’t cope. I have a toddler who wakes at 4am and I’ve had 2-3 hours of broken sleep for almost 2 months.

I’ve tried every single nap routine and timings out there trust me. Nothing works. Help.

Newborn sleep

Any advice please! Baby was born Tuesday morning and Tuesday night and seems to be tonight I’m not able to put them down.
I’m breastfeeding so only colostrum so far so feeding quite often. But when he seems settled after feeding for a while and I put him down to sleep he kicks off and so far has only slept on me. How am I meant to do this without getting any sleep as I can’t put him down x

Help, 2 year old behavior.

Idk what it is lately but my 2 year old has been having so much tantrums. Daycare called saying she got upset and threw herself backwards twice and hit her head. She does this at home too and idk how to get it stop. I feel like she gets upset randomly sometimes. Like we’re going on a walk and she will randomly plop herself down or lay on the ground refusing to get up. Or she will be playing and then start destroying everything. Any tiny inconvenience she’s having a meltdown. It doesn’t last long thankfully but it’s happening so frequently. The daycare is worried about her getting hurt and is trying their best to help teach her about emotions and how to regulate herself without hurting herself. Anyone else been through this??
