My 8 week old had just spent 3 days in the hospital and we've come home tonight.
Its left me feeling incredibly anxious! I feel sick, I'm struggling to hold any conversations, I am almost scared to be on my own with baby as I don't think i can cope!
Help 😫
Is this just the come down from a few days in hospital and sleep deprivation? Or should I probably seek help?
My husband is great at supporting, he let's me vent and takes the baby as much as possible.
I just don't know how to shake this feeling!!

Hey!!
You are an amazing mum!
You have given birth to a beautiful baby who needs you to be his/her rock. You are not alone we are all here whenever you need us. This is the sleep deprivation that is making you feel all these. Try to get some sleep even if it is for 3/4 hours. When you wake up you will feel much better.
I know you are struggling to hold any conversations but maybe have a nice sit down with baby and husband and have a nice conversation about how amazingly you both are handling everything.
If anything take 5 minutes to breathe and calm your mind. Just remind yourself that you are amazing and this phase will be over soon.
Love from another mumma.

This is a very very common feeling. I had this with my first baby and im currently having it again with my second.
Its always worth reaching out for professional help just incase if things start to decline then you already have their support.
I definitely reccomend asking your gp or health visitor for a referral to the perinatal mental health team they are absolutely amazing 🫶🏼
Wishing you the best and message me if you feel like ranting 🩷

Bless your heart. I started suffering with postnatal anxiety and I completely understand how you feel, it’s scary isn’t it. But you are doing amazing and honestly sleep deprivation does awful things to us, definitely seek help and support if you’re able, people will be glad you reached out for support. Are you able to get some proper rest and sleep? When my anxiety was at its worst I couldn’t switch off and was twitching so bad but there are things the dr can give to help you get some proper sleep/rest if you need it. You are not alone ❤️ 🫂
When did everyone start using this brand and specifically which products?
My LO is only 8 weeks so just using water when cleaning him but slowly want to start incorporating if required?

My newborn cries a lot. In comparison to my first born who rarely cried.
My toddler a shouted at baby today when she was crying. Also mimicking baby when she cries and has told her several times to be quiet.
Usually she is very loving to her sibling.
How would you handle this?
Any tips

Hello! After your vaginal birth how long did you have constipation for?

When did postpartum hair loss get you? I hear mixed opinions on when it happens. Currently 14 weeks and no loss yet but I’m not naive enough to think it won’t happen to me haha
