So my LG is 3 she started pre school in September and with a child minder for breakfast and after school club, she loves going and always tells me about it and shes so happy. On monday I picked her up from the child minder and she told me she had a cut on her head and there also was an incident report in her bag from school, so to I took that as the slip will say what happened, I got home and looked at her head and there was a small cut with a purplish bump and bits of blood in her hair, I read the incident slip and it said she had been playing in the sand pit and got he arm stuck in the lid and has a small mark on her upper arm. This clearly didn't explain her head, I checked her other bag to see if there was another clip and found her tshirt with splotches on blood on it. By this point so I was getting worried as to what happend, I dropped her off with the childminder the next day and told her to let the school know id be calling about her head as the incident slip didn't explain it and she just smiled and nodded at me. I called the school and had number of back and forth conversations and based of everything they told me it was evident she didn't hurt her head there, when I picked her up from the child minder that night she was really abrupt with me saying I got her in trouble with safeguarding and that ive brought her name into it and stabbed her in the back, initially I felt like id done something wrong even though the school called safeguarding not me and I didnt bring her name into it. She then said if I didn't recent what I said to safeguarding she was going to terminate the contact. I started feeling like it was my fault and id done something wrong, she said she change her shirt but didn't notice the blood but she never told me it happened at school, but she didn't correct me either or tell me really what happened.

I was so upset, I got home and replayed everything and crying thinking it was my fault, after sleeping on it and going over and over in my mind it became clear she completely gaslighted me, she knew she had an accident cos she changed her top so the blood was obvious and would of also cleaned her hands, she had 2 opportunities to correct me on thinking it happend at school when it didn't and she knew that, and being abrupt with me passing the blame, she never filled in an incident report, then terminate the contract cos she doesnt trust me? I update the school and they were going to contact safeguarding and update them, I dont know anymore till I speak with the school
I cant shake the feeling of feeling like crap like its all my fault, I feel heart broken for my daughter cos she asked about her and she doesny understand and thats also added to feeling like crap and makes me think should I of just left it once she stopped going back to her or did I do the right thing in telling the school?

I think you did the right thing. The childminder's reaction seems a lil OTT like she had something to hide.
Your main priority is your child, especially as they can't speak up for themselves as yet.
Sounds like you did the right thing. Find yourself someone else who will welcome any type of feedback 💖
I don’t even mean the fees. The last 3 weeks she’s had two lunch boxes broken and now her coat that I got last weekend is stained with paint. I get their clothes get ruined hence why I usually get bundles second hand from Vinted but i don’t know why she was painting in her coat when she has a puddle suit for outside 😩 I’m just ranting because I know kids get dirty but I can’t keep affording to keep replacing everything 😩

Does anyone else think military school is for lazy parents? I have a family member who has a son who is a few weeks away from being 6 years old. He has a hard time listening and following directions. Many people, myself included and the pediatrician, thinks he's autistic. The pediatrician has recommended multiple times to get him tested but the family member won't. Which is wild to me because we both work in the same place. With mentally disabled adults. But she keeps complaining about how he doesnt listen and doesnt dollow directions and threatens him all the time about being sent away to military school. She'll tell me while the boy is in ear shot or not that shes done with him and cant take it anymore and is really considering military school. To me I feel like she doesnt want to put in the effort to parent him the way he needs. And it feels like she wants the easy way out. It truly hurts my heart because I have 2 boys and I've helped raise this boy since he was born. What are your thoughts?

I feel like I shouldn’t post in this group anymore as my baby was due 27th October but is yet to make an appearance. But it is also the group I have been posting in the whole time so feels familiar to me.
Woke up at 4 o’clock this morning to do my third pee of the night. Can’t go back to sleep because it’s another night of me not going in to labour.
I know, it’s normal for first babies to be late but I am just getting really tired now. I’m doing everything I can to keep this as natural as a start to labour as I can.
I have had two unsuccessful sweeps, I have been doing all the things to make me happy. When I see people out and about and I tell them I’m overdue they’re surprised by how positive I am.
But this morning I just don’t feel positive, I feel disappointed and let down.
My partner is so supportive, he knows I don’t want to be induced so when I said this morning I wanted to be, he says to wait one more day. I know he is right but I’m still doubting anything is going to happen any time soon.
So I’m just here, awake, not wanting to try to sleep because all I do is think.
Anyone else in the same boat or has been previously? Was there anything natural that people have done to spur on labour? Sorry for the negative post so early in the morning.

5 weeks pp and feeling rage, resentment and depletion. 😐
I feel like nothing I do is good enough. My partner is so unappreciative and just doesn’t understand what it’s like trying to look after and constantly feed a newborn. He thinks that because I’m at home all day, I have so much free time on my hands, when in reality, it’s the complete opposite!
I feel like he doesn’t do enough. He hasn’t changed a single nappy because he just thinks it’s my job. I feed her, change her, bathe her, entertain her when she’s awake and do everything else that comes with being a mum.
I fear I’m growing resentment towards him, and I’m even starting to question whether I’m in love with him anymore his presence just seems to really irritate me at the minute 🥲
Is this normal? Has anyone else felt like this???

My baby is almost 10 weeks and we have taken him out only for his appointment and 4-5 times on stroller walk, i wish to take him out daily but simply can't, either he sleeps in weird times or there is something to be done at home and the day just ends like that and it simply feels like on loop. At the end of the day i feel so bad about myself about the life it has become for me. I never thought motherhood could be so hard and so lonely.
