First period after birth
Ive just got my first period since last December and oh my goodness i dont even remember them being like this🫠 i feel so rubbish my back is killing and im bleeding a lot more than i wouldve done back then too and i have ZERO energy im 7 weeks pp on sunday

The first few after having a baby are horrendous!!! After my first baby I got my period back at 6 weeks and it was probably the worst one I have ever had, plus looking after a baby omg it was grim! After maybe 2 or 3 it went back to ‘normal’ for me if thats any help!

Anybody was on Sertraline (Zoloft) while pregnant?
I was on it before pregnancy but stopped when I found out I was pregnant. But I’m really struggling. My dr said it was fine to continue but something in my heart feels guilty for taking it.
Anybody willing to share their experience?

Feeling the baby blues !
Has anyone got any tips on how to get past this hard first few weeks my baby is now 1 week old and the birth was very unexpected and ended up with emergency c section at 37weeks pregnant. Since coming home I’m having bad anxiety keep feeling sick I don’t even want to eat and I’m not eating much I just carnt wait to be able to drive again and be able to get out.
