I am so itchy, like crazy out of my mind itchy and have these weird shooting pains all over my body. I have horrible RLS and absolutely drive myself crazy itching, over thinking and being unable to sleep or relax. It’s really affecting my daily life, my sleep is minimal
, disrupted and laying in bed is almost impossible because my skin feels like it’s crawling. I had Cholestasis my last pregnancy but all my levels keep coming back normal. No meds have helped any symptoms I’m high risk have suffered severe HG and I just don’t know how to go forward hopeful when I am just entering my third trimester and don’t feel like I can keep this up mentally physically and emotionally. Wish there was help but there’s been no relief. 😮💨

Sorry to hear this hun, I was soo itchy too from my third trimester and all my blood levels kept coming back normal. Cholestasis is predominantly unbearable itching on the palms of your hands and soles of your feet, so since your levels are normal and it’s all over your body, it sounds like it’s just pregnancy related itching from all the hormones. The only thing that helped me was warm baths and a prescription for Chlorpheniramine, it’s a sedating antihistamine so would also help me sleep, which was a plus. I know how unbearable it gets, so I feel for you. I would end with literal scabs all over my body from all the scratching I was doing.

You're doing the right thing, talking about it. Just keep talking. I remember feeling this way when I was pregnant. I didn't have the itch, but had the 9 months of vomiting. I cried all day every day. But the day she was born, the symptoms stopped. I booked a c section in for 39 weeks. Have you asked to book in a c section as early as possible?39+0 for example. They need to understand you need a date to look forward to right now. Good luck

Same, it was the progesterone hormones leveling out. Eventually it went away but yeah...urgh

When do we get our core back??
I still can barely get out of bed without swinging myself round. I struggle to get up off the sofa sometimes.
I just have no core AT ALL. Whats going on??
Just to clarify sorry - my belly looks how it should! I just can't use my muscles! Theyre just non existent, I.was an avid barbell and dumbell lifter so I definitely had a good core before but now it feels like Its GONE.
My core is just my back, ive tried gentle workouts based around pilates and even had to modify those.

I know the previous post is about nesting lol but is there anyone who hasn’t really got anything ready yet. This is my second and I just haven’t had the time or energy to do anything and my husband works full time. I’m literally just surviving. 🤦🏻♀️😂
