Hey. For the past 2 days the back of my legs have been cramping a little. Kind of like when you stretch and almost stretch too far to the point where it is a Charlie horse but they only seem to get like this if I'm sitting down for awhile. Sl naturally I get up an walk around awhile and it seems better. I was told I may need more potassium. Well I bought bananas today and ate 2 but still feel the same. And all I drink is water so it's not for a lack of water. Can anyone tell me anything that may help with this? Has this happened to any of you?

I have had the same problem and found a lot of relief in magnesium lotion! I rub it on my legs before bed.
