I just take prenatal vitamins while trying and Vitamin D and B 12. I’ve heard that being low on those can cause miscarriages.

Yes! L-Arginine and Myoinsitol have shown to greatly improve egg quality. Message me if you want the full list

My doctor had me start taking coq10, as well as pre-natal. I also switched up my diet. My first round of IVF was unsuccessful, so until we do a second round, I am working with a nutritionist.

Alani Nu- Balance. They sell it at GNC now. I’ve read many miracle stories and was pregnant before finishing my 3rd bottle!

I know this sounds simple but Vitamin C! Both you and partner.

Yes. It is called Chaste Berry Extract. You can usually find it at any type of natural store or online. I found mine back home at a store called Baum's natural store. It works i took 1 pill a day for 2 months. You can take up to 2. You don't exceed 3 months. It works. Im not the only one who it has worked for. I had a friend tell me about it after we had been trying for quite a while and right as i finished my bottle i was preg.

I’m trying soy isoflavons. Cd 3-7 I’m hoping it to improve egg quality. I know I don’t ovulate every cycle. I’ve had 3 early losses since my son was born. I’m super hormone sensitive so I’m trying a 1/2 dose this month and I’ll try the whole dose next.

Vitamin D is super important, too. Many women are deficient and our fertility clinic had me stay taking it daily. CoQ10 is also important.

Royal Jelly worked great! Ordered it on amazon

They say to make sure you’re on a prenatal. I took a whole food based supplement that is concentrated fruits and veggies, I also took an omega and D.

I take CoQ10 which some studies show it can improve egg quality.

Prenatals for sure!

Best prenatal in the market is VitaPearl. It’s prescription only, talk to your doctor

I feel like an old person as I currently take:
- Prenatal
- Fish Oil
- B Complex with Vitamin C
- Vitamin D3
- Vitamin E (just added)
- CoQ10 (just added)

I have read so many articles that focus on all of these and their importance to fertility so we will see how the latest addition helps. I can say the Vitamin D3 and fish oil (started last month) definitely helped with my cervical mucus production and last month my ovulation date moved 4 days earlier which I was ecstatic about since it’s usually a tad later. My husband also takes a multivitamin and fish oil and I am adding CoQ10 to his regimen as well. We both also eat Brazil nuts daily for selenium.

Questions

Hi so I’m a ftm and will be giving birth very soon. I just moved to New Orleans from Ohio so my family and my partners family does not live in Nola so they will be traveling. I’ve never experienced postpartum or even pushing a baby out so I don’t really know what to expect. I honestly don’t want have any visitors the first couple of weeks. But for the sake of not starting a fight I’m going to have them. When my baby gets here I feel like if you’re going to be here you should be helping with whatever I feel like I need and me and my partner shouldn’t have to pay for anyone’s expenses when they get here? My partners mom is the type to get here, says she’s going to help and then expects someone else to pay for it. She does things to the praise of things and not actually out of the kindness of her heart. I’m not trying to sound rude at all. Please help

genuine question…

Not sure if this is allowed, but I’m curious…

As a mum, have you found it difficult to make friends or find community outside of your existing circle?

Over the last few months I’ve realised how many women seem to be looking for connection, hobbies and opportunities to meet people, especially after motherhood.

No sales pitch here, I genuinely want to know whether other mums feel the same way.

Has making friends as an adult been easy or difficult for you?

Struggling maintaining friendships

Does anyone else have the issue of maintaining friendships? At the minute and for the last few years I literally have 0 friends, every friend I’ve pretty much ever had have been the using type to only want to know you when it benefits them so I’ve always cut off. I would rather have no friends then waste valuable time on people like that but honestly it does wind me up because everyone I know has such trustworthy relationships with friends and see them regularly. I’ve never been able to find it where effort goes both ways.

Im 8+3, when did people tell work?

I feel so anxious about telling work. I didn't want to until further down the line, but due to my job I may have to, due to them doing certain risks assesments. I dont feel my Director will be understanding, as we are a new company and I am the service manager. We are just starting out and he is panicking about money. I have been in the role over a year.

Also ontop, I don't know how to tell him.
