Hearing heartbeat

Hiya sweet! I didn’t get to hear the heartbeat until I had an appointment with my midwife at 25 weeks ☺️ we had a private scan at 16 weeks and we heard it then but I didn’t at any of my hospital scans

You don’t tend to hear it till 16 weeks but every nhs trust does things differently and especially with COVID some people aren’t hearing it till much later. I had my midwife appointment at 16 weeks and I heard her heartbeat

I heard it at my 16 week appointment with my midwife and at my private gender scan x

Midwives don’t normally do it until 24/25 weeks I heard it for the first time yesterday through the midwife but heard it previously on private scans

I’m 26 weeks and they are only just starting to listen to heart beat at midwife appointments. I think it was a bit earlier with other kids but with Covid restriction all my previous midwife appointments have been by phone. I’ve never heard it at any scans not sure if that is different in different trusts

We heard ours at 16 week midwife appointment (pre Covid)

We use a home Doppler Heard first at 8 weeks but took a long time now at 10+4 we can find it in a minute or 2

When I was like 15 weeks and 5 days. My 12 scan was super late and that's when I first saw her too (15+5)

I heard it at 25 weeks, when I first met the midwife. My 16 week appointment was over the phone due to Covid-19 and I didn't get to hear it on any of my scans

No u normally hear it at a 16 week midwife appointment but due to not so many appointments happening, whenever u first see your midwife she will listen x

Private scan at 18 weeks but heard it with the midwife at 25 weeks and 28 week appointment!

I heard mine at the 12 week scan x

Heard it today at 16 week appointment ☺️
