Uterus Shape

So I had my hsg yesterday, and for the most part, all went well. The dye immediately made its way through everything and I had no blockage. The only thing is that she couldn't tell the shape of my uterus because it was in a position that was tough for her to see. She had me move around a bit to see if we can reposition the uterus, but nothing was really working. She did say it's perfectly normal to not be able to see the full uterus in HSGs, but has this happened to any of you? My ultrasound had shown that my uterus was anteverted, so I assumed getting a good image of it wouldn't be an issue. Thanks!

My experience was horrendous! Basically they couldn’t get the catheter in and kept saying my cervix was running away? 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ I mean come on I was laid half naked with my legs apart. It wasn’t running anywhere. Anyway after the 7 time of it going in and out they said they couldn’t do it. I basically cried and said I’m not moving until it’s done. Male doctor came did it straight away. That catheter was so high the imagine only saw the two Fallopian tubes.

Weeks later they did a report and said my uterus was abnormally small. This then confused my gynaecologist as my previous ultrasound never said anything like this.

I was then told if I have a small uterus the chances of getting pregnant are smaller and most likely I’d have a miscarriage. I was sent for a MRI and had to wait another few weeks for that to which they reported my uterus was normal sized.

All stress for nothing. Don’t worry about what the women says see what you gynaecologist says. X

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Midwife check

Can someone remind me when the midwife visits you at home? Is it the day after you’re discharged? And is that the same on the weekend or do they not visit then? Thanks!
