So through my whole pregnancy I worked out 5 days a week on my peloton and did light weight lifting but I moved at my 30 week timeframe and haven’t been on my bike since. I’m 34w tomorrow and it’s bugging me but I am still trying to get my new house together before my baby arrives plus I’m with my twins (2yrs old) all day so I’m just exhausted most days. Just wondering what workouts others are doing still in the 3rd trimester that I can incorporate into my daily schedule. This pic is from today and my belly feels so big lol.

I've been doing lots of yoga in the last trimester to help with back pain and pelvic pressure. Also walking has been my go-to now that the weather is nice. No way I'd be able to run at this point in my pregnancy lol.

Yoga and walking was something I loved. Mobility exercises are great too like lunges, squats, bounce on yoga ball.

cute bump!

You look amazing 🥰 I stopped working out at 34 weeks lol I was just to full. I did walking every other day and I don’t even have any other kids! to tired lol

You look amazing ❤️ keep up the good work

Ok you have 2 year old twins, 34 weeks, moved house. Are you kidding haha I guarantee you’re still working harder than most! I stopped my HIIT classes at 30 weeks so 2 weeks ago and only walking and stretching since. Going to do some yoga before bub arrives.
You’re doing amazing and you look great 💕

Prenatal Pilates! A short 15 or so min a day can do wonders!
But also, if you're body is staying rest, then by all means - rest! There's nothing wrong with that while running after toddlers and being well into your 3rd trimester. Napping while pregnant was something I mentally struggled with at first but it's so benefitted me

Snap! I used to bike regularly but haven’t from wk 33 onwards, mainly because of fatigue! I usually prefer high intensity work outs but I’ve given in and I’m doing yoga and walking, I’m still lifting though jut a lot lighter and concentrating on arms and chest more x

I’ve been doing body combat and body step, light upper weights and lower body bands and a couple of 5ks

Walking 😊

When I was pregnant I done a lot of walking

I worked out up until around the 34 week mark too and was working at a daycare centre with toddlers up until 3 days before I gave birth...you are definitely keeping active looking after your twins anyway, but I ended up walking everyday instead and maybe adding in yoga or stretching if I had the energy after work.

I love a lunge, the great thing is you can do them anywhere and break them up however you want. Say for example you’re going to the bathroom, walking lunge there and you’ve probably already done 10-20 lunges by the time you’re there. Have a number in your head (100/200 max) and aim to get there throughout the day. Remember to keep your stance wide as you lunge as our centre of gravity is very different these days 😊

I dont work out just work 5 days a week and chase a 3 year old around all the other times

I ran the whole way through, swam and did YouTube workout & yoga videos at home xx

I do the YouTube workout videos every other day.
