Right at 12 months for my first

13 months
We started transitioning at 12 and by 13 months was on full whole milk

I had to at 10 months with my Son. He started rejecting Formula and throwing it up. My HV advised whole milk with vitamin D drops

1 year exactly

I started by making her a 7oz bottle 5oz formula then 2oz whole milk after 3 days I did 3oz formula then 4 oz whole milk and then 3 days after all whole milk

At 12 months

12 months!

Our son has been AWFUL with solids.
Weaning had honestly been one of the toughest things we've EVER had to do & stressed us out so much as parents.
(I don't need any advice - we've literally tied EVERY thing & been referred to a Dietician & Paediatrician too).
He's refused most foods from 6 months old & the amounts of things he accepts/eats is completely miniscule.
HV & other professionals said to make sure he still has minimum 500mls formula each day from 12 months - to keep the nutrients he needs - & decrease as he increases his solids.
At 15 months he's slowly eating more & in larger amounts like his peers, so we have decreased bottles. Will eventually add milk to it & transition.
But you need to do what's best for your baby.
Not what everyone thinks they SHOULD do. Remember, just like some kids walk sooner than others, teethe quicker, speak sooner, eating is an individual journey for your child 🤷🏼♀️
Good luck. x

10 months we started adding whole milk to formula bottles.

I plan to just straight over switch after sons first birthday (and when I run out of fomula)

We have already night weaned. I think they don't need fomula for nutrition anymore. Does she like the milk? Could you maybe transition in the day. But offer fomula at night still. You could water down to wean off this, if you felt she was ready

See how she goes with night one. We started watering sons night one down about 10 months. He was consistently taking less than 4 ozs, so it was habit rather than actual need. We kept making 4ozs water but each week reduced scoops by 1

I would wait till you are making 4oz bottles and then start reducing the scoops
