Been seeing this going around thought to give it a try name starts with a K (hint: got his name from a kpop idol and from a popular tv show)

We settled on Caden, but i cannot have it click. Recently thought Zac and love it but we have a very polish 3 syllable last name and we aren’t sure it fits. These are all names we both liked. Really want middle name to be James!

Is the name Ellis more male of female? Before we found out what we were having I fell in love with the name Ellis for a boy, we’ve since found out we’re having a girl but my partner still likes Ellis for a girl. I also can’t think of any middle names to go with Ellis for a girl, any ideas welcome
