My baby is nearly 8 months old and he is still taking pacifier while sleeping and somewhere it’s his teething period. My concern is he keeps in his mouth for long term coz he sleeps 10 hours at night and I really want him to discard it please suggest is it fine or I should do something for it.
I keep seeing stuff on social media and people in real life are saying I need to 'sleep train' especially at this age. My baby sleeps part of the night in the beside me cot and sometimes co sleeps with me (he is breastfed). I'm hoping we will be out of the 4 month sleep regression soon 🙏🏼 so he sleeps a few more…
Hiii! So my girl is a contact nap queen and I’ve decided to stop trying to fight it and lean into it 😂 BUT I’m so tired of just scrolling on my phone or watching tv while she sleeps. Anyone have any contact nap friendly hobby suggestions? 🩷
Now you may think this is great that my little one will nap in his cot on his own when we are at home in a dark room. But it's becoming an issue if I'm out at a friend's or relatives house and nap time is approaching/ he's tired I try and hold him to try and get him to fall asleep he just screams and screams and not...
What's something that can cover larger plugs like these ones? I want to transition to a floor bed but I'm not sure what to do with the outlets in use. Also, there aren't any lights in the bedroom. There's a switch that can turn on and off a lamp, that's another issue I haven't figured out how to make safe.
I didn’t swaddle my first baby and i’m sure that’s why he was a terrible sleeper. So i’m going to try this time. Can anyone recommend some?
Anyone’s toddler strip down to their nappy? My little girl is able to unzip her sleeping bag, take off her sleepsuit and vest when she’s put down for a nap or bedtime sleep. She fights it and screams when she’s on her own and when I go back in to re-settle I’ll find she’s semi-naked! It’s so annoying. Recently wel...
I’m going to get a sleep nest for my second daughter as it’s been highly recommended by second time mums. Of course I understand the sleep safe aspect and that it’s not for overnight but just for day sleep etc. I’m in between the purflo sleep tight one or the well known dokatot. Has anyone had experience with either...
How often should a new born be up in the night?! I feel like I’m up every half hour. Am I feeding long enough in the night??
Any recommendations for next to me cribs...🤔
I just switch from combination feeding to 100% breastfeeding cause my 7w baby refuses bottle. Since I do breastfeeding, I am not sure if she gets enough milk and I notice her nappy isn’t as heavy as it was. I still changed nappies 6 times a day but it’s so confusing what is considered a wet nappy. She is breastfeedi...
Does anyone else feel like their little one is going through a sleep regression? My son is 14 weeks old and in honesty has never been a great sleeper, but in the last week he has really struggled with having his naps during the day and sleeping any extended periods during the night, it seems like our routine, whic...
My LO used to be a great sleeper but she keeps waking up during the night and has been for a few months now so I’m playing around with her nap length and timings to see if it makes a difference and so just wondering: • How long you let your little one nap for? • What the lastest time is that you would let them nap...
Anyone else’s newborn having 3-4 hr wake windows? I’m def not complaining bc he sleeps very well at night and during the wake windows he’s not usually fussy or anything just up with us having a staring contest or discovering his and watching things 🥰 Just wondered lol do I have a super baby or is the “30 min…
Had anyone took the side off the cot and did it help with sleep or make things worse?
Who's took the side off cot? He's a terrible sleeper at times. Has this helped? Made it worse?
Hi guys has anyone’s baby transitioned to one nap this early? Or is anyone’s baby nearly ready to transition to 1 nap? My son is taking longer naps like 2 hours even more sometimes and I’m just thinking if he’s ready to transition from 2 to 1 nap?
I spoke to someone the other day to find out they change their baby’s nappy after a few or 1 wee… an i doing this wrong ? I wait until baby’s nappy is full ? I know it’s more comfortable for baby if changed after a few but who has time for this ? And what is everyone else doing ? I am a single mum to a 1 year old an...
Anyone else having this? Any tips to keep her awake to feed ?
Hey everyone! My little guy has been sick all night, vomitting and fussy. He slept for a while and then woke up crying and threw up again. I don’t know how to help him. He’s obviously tired but is fighting sleep harder than I’ve ever seen him fight. Any tips or tricks
