since around 8 weeks pregnant (I’m now 11+4) I’ve struggled with the worse insomnia. Lie in bed every night waiting for the sleep to take me and it just won’t 😂🫠

My 11 month old had a 20 minute nap at 10 am refused to go back down and finally fell asleep at 4pm. Bedtime is 7 but should I just let her sleep? How can I help this. She normally wakes up around 7am

My little girl is 17months. Almost 18months. Still in cot and grow bag. No pillows etc. is this okay? Or should I move to a bed

My 17 month old has 1 nap a day but naps late like 2.30-3pm and this can be 2 hours or less. She does wake up at 9.30am but then doesn’t want to go to bed until 10.30-11pm I don’t mind it but just wondering if anyone else’s little one is the same? Should I change to try and get an earlier bed time ?

What size bottles are your LO’s having before bed/last feed of the day? My son is still only having a 6oz before, and then a further 3 6oz throughout the night at various times 😵‍💫 Maybe u need to give a bigger bottle before bed but even then that won’t touch the 24oz he’s having overnight
