Does this look normal? My 3 week old keeps having periods where his legs just shake uncontrollably for a couple of seconds. I know the video isn’t the clearest so I will try and get another one!

Baby is 1 week old, he will literally feed and then just go on to the other boob and do this all night.. he slept 1.30-3.30 but thats it? The rest of the time he won't settle and will be constantly feeding, is this normal?! Shattered mommy here..
