I’m really suffering with these at the moment. Im so anxious and on edge that something terrible is going to happen. You’re definitely not alone 💕 I always find it better to talk to someone but those thoughts are still there. Many people have told me to speak to the GP, so I plan to do that soon if I can ever get through!
I hope you’re okay,xx

Hi, sorry that you're going through this, intrusive thoughts can be a sign of OCD & is able to be managed. Maybe speak to your GP or health visitor & seek some support if you are feeling overwhelmed. Best Wishes x

All the time. Every day! It’s horrid. You just have to let your rational brain take over, and tell yourself that everything is okay.

I had these soooo bad for a while. There's a great book called "Good Moms Have Scary Thoughts," and a website I found too - let me reply here with it.

I get them too. It was worse after my daughter was born probably due to tiredness.

Yes, it’s awful!😣 you’re not alone❤️

Yes I can totally relate it's something I struggle with daily for me its something I wouldn't wish on anyone it's draining and exhausting to deal with but I've researched and a lot of people go through it too there's lots of info on YouTube if you just type in intrusive thoughts . I pray and hope you get the help you need.

It’s anxiety. Medicine can help, it helps me.

I think everyone does, I told my therapist about it and she said it's normal and as long as you don't act on them it's fine. But she did tell me that if I was worried that I WOULD to get help IMMEDIATELY

You’d be surprised at how common it is.
I spoke to my husband about it and he said “oh yeah me too, all the time.”
As parents our anxiety is naturally more heightened because you know you have this fragile little thing so your mind starts to wonder away.
It helps to remember this: intrusive thoughts are fearful thoughts. FEARFUL thoughts are NOT the same as intentional thoughts.

All the time. I'm getting help managing them
