Running in third trimester

Hello! I am an avid runner and have been fortunate enough to be able to continue running throughout my pregnancy. I am 29 weeks now and am running about 5 times a week (only 30 minutes or 5km). I am noticing a weird abdominal pain lately when running. I can push through it, it is rather mild, but don’t know if I should. Once I stop running it goes away. Is this sign that I should stop running? Or should I be modifying my activity. When I mentioned it to my doctor, she gave me the generic answer keep exercising unless you have cramping or intense pain. Looking for anyone else’s experience with running in the third trimester. Thank you!

im 19 weeks and also run .. today i noticed a pressure type feeling on my bladder/pelvis area .. it didnt hurt but defo made my jog abit more slow paced.. not sure if its bad or not!
