Hey everyone. Does everyone have any tips / advice on routine / changes that may help to get my baby to sleep through the night. He slept through 8-5 at 3 months old, but since the 4 month sleep regression he wakes up through the night 5 or 6 times. He’s got 2 teeth, so I know it’s been a lot to do with teething however now it just seems he is waking for comfort & 2 sometimes 3 bottles! I’ve tried to give him more milk in the day, consistent nap routines and white noise 😩 any advice would be great, thank you!!!!! 🥰

can i just say he’s beautiful ❤️

Aww he is sooooo cute 😍😍. My LO is the almost the same age. He has just gone 7 months. They are starting to transition from 3 to 2 naps a day between 7 and 9 months old. Also they are going through so much development at this stage it can affect sleep. I sometimes give my LO three naps and sometimes 2 depending on the time he wakes up. I usually leave 2 hours after he wakes before nap 1, 2 hours 15 mins before nap 2 and 2 hours 30 mins before nap 3. Nap 3 is only 30 to 40 mins long. Then I leave 2 hours 45 mins before bed on a 3 nap day. On a 2 nap day he has 2 and a half hours awake before the first nap, 3 hours 15 mins before the second nap then 3 hours 30 mins before bed. I also go by his tired signals. If he is struggling I will just nap him early etc but it seems to be working for us. xxx

my LO turned 7 months the 12th &’ we had the same issue but we give her a warm bath with night wash and night lotion, give her a big bottle(you can add cereal) and she started to sleep all night !! but if we put her to bed before 10 she wakes up once in the night.

thank you! 🥰

thank you for explaining😊How does your little one sleep through the night after those naps? X

how big of a bottle? How many ounces? Thank you x

normally really well. His first two naps are 1 hour and a half and the last one is short. He goes down between 7pm and 8pm and sleeps until 6am or 6:30am. When it was hot he was waking for a drink but went straight back to sleep. He also wakes earlier when teething xx
