Sti Std or BV pls help

Symptoms: Yellow discharge and light foul smell. Not itchy. Tiny pain while peeing, not too bad.

I’ve never had BV, STD OR STI before.
Any advice???? I got tested today but I’m so scared and nervous because if it is an STI or STD that means my man cheated on me and he got it from someone else. We have a 2 month old son and just started a great family. I’m trying not to over think or freak out until the results come back next week but it’s so nerve wrecking. He’s never had an Sti or std before either. He has been itchy but thinks it’s from his pubic hair growing back. It could be BV and I pray that it is only that.

see a doctor. that’s the only proper advice anyone can give you. don’t kiss your son or share food/drinks until you’re confirmed clean.

I am no doctor but I was in the medical field a long time and worked in obgyn .. the symptoms sounds like an STD/STI BUT do not take my word for it I think you should really wait on your results . Usually if they think it’s anything like BV or yeast you’re told on the spot but to still wait for results to be 100% sure

I was diagnosed BV last week and it was through a PAP smear. I didn't even know I had it 😅
Just routine pap . But it took 3 days to get that result

is the foul smell fishy?? if it’s fishy i would think its BV

i’m hoping it’s not an STD for you but ugh BV is hard to get if you’re a fairly clean person.

Also you could’ve given each other a yeast infection (🤞🏻) and that is itchy and fluidy, your body is going back to the way it was before birth, and sometimes that throws the hormones off. Best of luck 💕

The doctor didn’t look at my under wear or my pictures at all, all I did was ask for the full screenings of Sti and Std. I’m going to miss my little family being a family if it is a std or sti. He has never had one neither have I but if I do have one then he’s had to have cheated.. am I right??

Hospital Bag?

Hey everyone! When is the right time to pack your hospital bag and what on earth do I need? I see so many different websites and advice on social media that it all gets very overwhelming. Thank you so much for any help.

Things you wish you’d do before C-Section

I’m having my section on Sunday, and trying to write a bunch of ‘self-care’ type things I want to do before hand.
Now I’m not talking the practical things like setting up changing or feeding stations etc. I’m talking things for you like shaving your legs or dying your eyebrows 😂
I know from my last section that I’m not gunna feel my best so I want to do everything I can to feel good! I’ve got a fresh haircut already!
So what are some things you did / wish you did before your c section?

UK Mums: If you had an assigned midwife for your first pregnancy, but not your 2nd. Were you a bit disappointed?

For my first pregnancy I was blessed with having an assigned midwife that I saw every appointment. She was absolutely amazing, so I guess I was spoiled in that sense. This pregnancy, I see a different midwife every appointment and I am a bit disappointed. Before anyone jumps on my back I know it is not guaranteed to have an assigned midwife. It is just hard when each midwife answered my question differently at each appointment and it took the epilepsy clinic (was referred due to having seizures in the last) to give me the actual answer. I also keep getting told that if I have any general questions to contact MAU, but I always thought they were there for urgent matters? Anyways sorry for rambling, I am just a person that feels at ease with consistency 😭

Help!

Stuck on names, I have an Ollie already.

We were set on Hugo but I don’t like any of the shortened nicknames for Hugo and don’t feel it’s as easy to say as Ollie! What do you think?

Heart murmur

Took my 4 month old to the GP yesterday for something unrelated and when checking him over they heard a heart murmur. That didn’t say too much and scheduled another GP appointment for next week. Just wondering if any other mummas babies have had one and what their journeys were/if baby just grew out of it. Thank you x
