I have found supplements to help with my sleep and lower belly fat but I’m in need of a supplement for brain fog and hair loss!
Any recommendations?

What are you using for sleep and lower belly fat? I use ovi collegan for hair loss and fish oil for the brain fog I know it sounds weird but it's helped

Replacing your dwindling hormones with properly regulated, low-risk, transdermal plant-derived hormone replacement therapy can sort out all those symptoms without the hassle or expense of multiple supplements.
Don't forget that supplements can interact with each other, as well as have contraindications...
In addition, most supplements are unregulated and untested so you don't know exactly what you're paying for!
That said, there are some supplements that can be helpful - and this M-brace The Change factsheet might be helpful:

I used the above last year when my hair thinned so much I thought I’d have bald spot…works!! My hair is back to it’s thickness ..not cheap though

What do you use for belly fat, I haven't found anything that works, and I still work out 3 times a week.

The belly fat issue is nuts! My mother in law told me its part of life that she never had a belly until peri menopause and that I just need to accept it. Love her but HELL NO I WILL NOT ACCEPT IT

'Meno-belly' is caused by the hormonal depletions and imbalances through peri/menopause. Replenished and balanced hormones using regulated HRT usually sort it out, or at least lessen it... 🙂❤️

Thank you this explained a lot and gave me some more understanding!

HRT is a concern for me because they say it causes cancer!

Yea the older women just settled as it’s apart of life like my mom. I’m not ok with it !

May I ask what kind of workouts are you doing? I’m struggling with energy

ok so the creams are safe? My doctor told me my estrogen is fine but my progesterone is low so is there a cream for progesterone?

literally just sent a portal message inquiring about it! Thanks! My dr promotes Biote pellets and says no risk ! Have you heard of this?

no, HRT does not cause cancer. That's outdated scaremongering, and modern forms are low risk and beneficial for most people most of the time. There is a raised risk with *some* types, but it will not 'give you cancer' 🙂 Family history of cancers are also not a contraindication for HRT for the majority of people - again, this is outdated and inaccurate information.
Localised vaginal oestrogen is lowest risk, and comes as cream, pessary, or gel. It will not control any of your other symptoms.
Progesterone cream is pointless, and unregulated. The molecules cannot be absorbed transdermally, and you'd be filling the pockets of unscrupulous companies cashing in on people's vulnerabilities. Avoid (as per advice of the BMS, and NAMS last time I looked!).
Modern regulated Bio-identical HRT (AKA Body-identical HRT in other parts of the world) is derived from plant sources, is lower risk than a glass of wine a day, and sorts out most symptoms for most people most of the time...
🙂❤️

Here's a link to the M-brace The Change factsheet library- have a read of some of those to get up-to-date information on HRT and lots of other stuff too:

I can't access the site from here in the UK, but some if our USA members have found this useful in the past 🙂❤️

This might be useful too:

As I say, it's obvs your call - but so many people are missing out on proper treatment because of outdated attitudes to HRT. It's heartbreaking to see women suffering unnecessarily for decades, when proper medical training and evidence-based information could improve their wellbeing so much ❤️

your comment appears to have vanished asking for regulated HRT examples? Did you find the comment from me further up the thread giving a US site listing them?

I have been using Velovita supplements. One called Brān helps with brain fog, improved mood and weight loss. I also take Zlēm to help with sleep and weight loss while I sleep. I have lost about 7 lbs since I started taking them about 8 weeks ago. They are vegan, dairy free, gluten free, and non-GMO! My sister has lost 9 lbs since September too.

Unfortunately I dont have the option of taking any hormone based therapy. I saw a naturopath and was taking a plethora of supplements but stopped after 8 months when I realized they werent helping. Now I am trying to figure out a new plan. Hot flashes are my worst symptom and the shift in how I carry my weight. 7 pounds changed everything and I hate how my clothes fit. Super frustrating but I know it could be much worse.

is this the thing that you promote and mention in your bio? 🙂

wow, right under my comment highlighting Peanut guidelines on promotion and advertising... that's quite something 😅
