There’s several articles and researched backed studies on this if you search it. 😊 Evidence shows that we should limit them during labor and during the end of pregnancy as well because of the increased risk of infection. And those checks are done by trained professionals. Also, every childbirth based education course I’ve taken has stated this as do my two best friends who are L&D nurses.
I check mine.. the cervix is ment to move down and towards the front the closer to labour is what I was told
