Cloth diapering service in Toronto

I’m trying to decide between Comfy Cotton (cotton prefolds) and Wonderwear (microfibre & cotton hybrid button up). I am torn as I feel like I want cotton (no micro plastics, natural material, easy on baby’s bottom) but also think the microfibre would be easier to use and could potentially be more comfy for baby (as apparently it is more moisture wicking). I plan to get my own diaper pail, diaper covers, and am pretty set on cloth as opposed to disposables to be more environmentally friendly and more cost effective (the math apparently works out that it is cheapest to wash your own reusable diapers, followed by using a diaper service, followed by going through disposables). Bonus is that it should help the baby get potty trained sooner than on disposables. Will likely use the service for the first 26 weeks (heaviest and most frequent use of diapers) and then reassess when/if to switch to disposables. Have you tried either of these services and which one would you recommend? Alternatively, if there are more eco friendly and cost friendly alternatives to the usual Huggies diapers, I would appreciate recommendations as well.

I’ve used wonder wear :) the fact that it was a clip on was nice, however I feel like with the diaper covers it was quite bulky.. but I also have quite a large baby who’s in the 99th percentile so it was difficult to get clothes. No complaints though about the service. Always on time service and good support. For the diaper covers make sure you get the ones that are multi-size. I think its just called one size

I like the Ubbi diaper bin, but wonderwear gives you a bin and bag for each week that you can use. Also, look up “elimination training” that’s what helps get them potty trained sooner in addition to using cloth 😊 I’m terms of the most eco friendly disposable, apparently it’s coterie, but even though they’re made in Canada they don’t ship to Canadian addresses so you’d have to do Buffalo and have someone in Buffalo send it to you. Alternatively I use Eco Pea or Little Feet Diapers
