Hi All! Has anyone purchased the Freya App or have any feedback from others about it? I do keep seeing it advertised on instagram so I wondered if it was worth a try?🤰🏼💜

I absolutely clung to the Freya app in my first labour, found it so useful to help me focus on breathing through contractions in early labour, and also in knowing when I was established and so when to call the hospital. Best £2.99 I spent.

is it different to other contraction apps? Is it like hypnobirthing?

Not tried or come across any other apps so couldn't say. It's developed by the positive birth company, and does have some relaxation tracks on there too.

Me and my partner looked through the reviews this morning and decided to get it just to try - £2odd it’s worth a try isn’t it😂 so many people have so much amazing stuff to say about it!

Question about ejaculation

I tell my partner to wear a condom not only for protection but also so that there's no mess to clean up when I get up to use the toilet. Is this normal?
I ask because I now have the contraceptive pill but I still want him to wear a condom.

Really embarrassing!
I'm a first time mummy at 35, she's 16 month and everytime I sneeze or cough I lose control of my bladder and pee a little 😔, I've had countless utis since having her aswell! Will it get better? Or do I need to invest in panty liners? 😆
