Freya App
Hi All! Has anyone purchased the Freya App or have any feedback from others about it? I do keep seeing it advertised on instagram so I wondered if it was worth a try?🤰🏼💜

@Rebecca is it different to other contraction apps? Is it like hypnobirthing?
Not tried or come across any other apps so couldn't say. It's developed by the positive birth company, and does have some relaxation tracks on there too.
Me and my partner looked through the reviews this morning and decided to get it just to try - £2odd it’s worth a try isn’t it😂 so many people have so much amazing stuff to say about it!

Loved my Freya app for my first and gonna use it again! Love how it tells you when it’s time to go to the hospital x

I absolutely clung to the Freya app in my first labour, found it so useful to help me focus on breathing through contractions in early labour, and also in knowing when I was established and so when to call the hospital. Best £2.99 I spent.
