Is anyone else getting this when they’re bouncing or wobbling on the ball? Driving me mad as peeing loads anyway 😂

I don’t but everything else seems to make me pee. Started practicing with my Elvie trainer already because still have 5wks to go 😂

you can use them all the way through.. think it helps some people with hip pain and then others meant to help with shifting baby etc etc ❤️

@Lexi you can use them for exercise (eg rotating etc as that's what I use them for, for my PGP exercises, but not to bounce until 37 weeks, physio and midwives words not mine)

maybe it is because I'm high risk of pre term labour but just what I was told as it encourages labour x

you can bounce on them all way through pregnancy
