Mamas, one of the fights I had with my husband, he told me he never will let me leave e with my baby because he said I don’t responsibility. I’m from another country and he’s American. Need advice

So me and my bf have been together for almost 3 years and he has cheated on me before and he cheated on me when I was pregnant with our daughter. (This is his first child). Me and him will video call every night cause I'm in a family shelter and he is at his grandma's house. But I have a feeling he is cheating on me again and honestly idk what to do cause he will tell me that he wants to marry me and that he loves me but he seems very distant. And when I would mention it that he is acting different he will start a fight with me. I love him and I'm honestly scared to lose him cause he is my first non physically abusive relationship. What should I do
