Anyone else experiencing a 6 month sleep regression? My little girl used to sleep 6:30pm-7am every night no issues from around 10 weeks old. She's now waking usually around 10:30 and nothing will calm her, I end up just attempting a feed to see if that helps which it sometimes does. But then I can't put her back down! She'll eventually calm down and fall asleep on me, I give it enough time so that she shouldn't wake up when putting her to bed, but then she just instantly wakes up crying again. The past 2 nights we've coslept for at least half of the night, last night was the whole night, as it's the only way I can get some sleep. I don't remember this with my first at all, we never coslept as we never had to.
Please tell me I'm not alone!

Yes!!!! My little girl has never slept through the night, but would sleep 4 hours at a time and then wake for a feed/cuddle etc which was pretty manageable but now she’s waking every hour and a half and the only way she’ll go back to sleep is in our bed 🥱 last night was better so hoping we’re creeping out of it!

Yep! My little boy has been the same, was doing 10-12 hour stretches but now after I put him down at 7pm he’s wide awake at 2am and then up again at 4.30am without fail! He is also teething a lot so hoping the phase will pass soon 😴

We went through this a few weeks back, the only thing that would settle him was his dummy and white noise , my partner hates using the white noise but it calmed him enough to settle himself back to sleep… it went on for about 10 days now he’s back sleeping 630pm - 7am :)

3 weeks into this with our little psycho 😭

Going through the same, she's never slept through but would wake twice in the night have a feed and go straight back down. The past few days she has been inconsolable at bed time and all through the night, will only sleep in our bed and even that's a struggle. We are at a loss on what to do!

exactly the same here! X

Same 😵💫😵💫 we are in the middle of moving houses. It is even more fun with no sleep 🤣 it has been on for more than a week now and I cannot see the end...

Yes same here! He’s up every 3 hours without fail 😭😭 he usually has a feed and goes back down but the broken sleep is killing me slowly!!

I’m on the same boat!! 🙃😭

5&6 months were like this for me she’s almost 7 months and it’s starting to get to up once for just 1 feed a night 🤞🏽

But u have had it amazing 6:30 - 7pm that’s a miracle ✨

Oh my god was just about to write a post about this. My little girl has never slept through but was waking the odd time just needing a dummy or around 5 and being put in bed with me. Now I can’t even tell you how long and how many times she wakes. Screaming. Iv tried everything even gave calpol as she was crying so thought must be her teeth. Made no difference.
I’m so tired does it ever get better 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I'm glad it's not just me! Hopefully all our LO's go back to a reasonable sleep pattern again and we can all get some much needed rest.
I think it's a mix of tummy ache due to weaning, learning a new skill (up on all fours) which she practices in her sleep and wakes herself up with, and potentially teething 🤷♀️
oh don't get me wrong we've been so lucky with her sleep! My first was a terrible sleeper and even now still sometimes has me up in the night because a toy has fallen off the bed, she needs a wee or drink or has had a bad dream. I think that's why I'm finding it so difficult now as we've had it so easy with this one until this last week 🙈 last night she actually stayed in her cot, but I was up maybe 6 or more times during the night with her

Oh got u wow! I hope she falls bk into the routine it’s v hard 🫠
