4d scan

Went for a 4d scan today and babygirl was breach, facing the back. We couldn't see anything. I was gutted but been rebooked for next Sunday. My placenta Is also at the front which doesn't help.

Anybody got any suggestions of what I could do to maybe get her to turn? X

My baby was naughty at her scan too! She had her head into my placenta, I went for a walk and she then turned her back 😂. I had orange juice and sweets about half an hour before and baby girl was very active but just moved in the wrong positions 😂 I think there is only so much we can do!

Just had our 4D and we had the exact same! She was facing backwards and the time we managed to slightly see her face, she put her hand in front of it! Have to wait 2 weeks now to try again! I had a fizzy drink and went for a walk but she was being very stubborn!

I had the exact same and they didn’t offer me a rescan at all!

@Hannah did you not get any good pictures at all? Where did you get your scan?

no he had his legs crossed and over his face! Meet your Miracle it was called, I have emailed to see if they will rescan so will see what they say!

@Hannah that's a shame! Worth checking if they have a free rescan policy. I think a lot of these places do x

Same here! Went to window to the womb it was so chaotic I was there for two hours. Went for a walk to see if she’d stop covering her face with her hands and foot but no luck. Have to wait two weeks now for a rescan 🤦🏾‍♀️

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Invited to a chuckie cheese party but I don't have money and don't want to tell my daughter that's why we can't go. Does anyone know how their parties work?

I'm not sure how chuckie cheese parties are. If they give you money to play or not if you're in the party. And then I'm wondering if it's an actual birthday party or if they're just going to chuckie cheese. Some guy in my building told me a couple weeks ago that his son's birthday is today and he's thinking of doing chuckie cheese. They sent an invite but I feel so insecure not being able to afford anything. Like if they don't have food for example. Idk what to do.

20week scan!!

i had my 20week scan yesterday, everything looked okay on baby and we found out the gender!! it’s a girl 🩷🩷. but they said that my placenta is too close to my pelvis and they need to do extra scans to check on it? has anyone else been told this?

Reduced Movements

Has anyone else gone in for monitoring for reduced movements and as soon as you arrive at triage the baby starts moving and the CTG is normal? It makes me feel like I am over reacting.

2nd pregnancy after c section

I’m not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon but in the future possibly. I just wanted to know how is pregnancy after c section like my fear is having to go through another emergency operation or even putting strain on my incision during pregnancy

Newborn stage

Is anyone tired of doing the same thing everyday and being on a 2-3 hour schedule? It’s the same everyday and I feel like I’m losing my mind. It’s making me depressed even if I get out once a day. When does it get better? I feel like I’m just waiting for the next stage where it’s not just sitting around all day.
