I had calf pain and was sent to the ER to check for clots and deep vein thrombosis. It might be worth mentioning to your dr

I had this really badly with my first pregnancy during the second trimester. Really long compression socks and elevating my legs at night worked for me.

I did, mine told me to drink some water before bed, if that doesn't work eat a banana, and still doesn't work take the lowest magnesium dosage

I had this recently- try indian tonic water and stretching out the calves - reduced mine down

Also stretching before bed. Stretch your legs and hips. This drink also helps with insomnia 👍🏽

I’ve just started to have this overnight over the last few days, I’ll be 36 weeks on Wednesday 😪

I used a magnesium cream. Worked great!

Calm gummies work too. But I take magnesium and half a potassium pill every night. It's way easier on me this pregnancy.

Mine is when I lay on one side for too long

Pickle juice! It goes instantly! Xx

I had my baby shower yesterday and actually danced a lot and last night i had the worst calf cramp. I woke up from my sleep in so much pain, but luckily it went away in like 10 seconds cause I started massaging it.

Yes , I am a little over 34 weeks and every few nights I've been getting really bad leg cramp lock ups and that whole calf is sore for days after then it happens again . 😅 it's horrible.

Vitamin d, I think is called galloping horse syndrome I had it both pregnancies x

I get this bad in the night it wakes me up I’ve noticed for the passed few nights elevating my legs on a pillow during the night helps

Thanks girlies! Gonna give these a go and see how I get on! ❤️

Epsom salt in the bath helps amazingly x
