The cost of living is pushing me to start working full time and I am worried about how I will manage it all.
I have a toddler, a dog and four other children who live here half of the time. I will probably work 7.30-5.
I am used to cook everything from scratch, to stay on track with chores I do hoover, washing, drying and folding every single day for one hour and once per week deep cleaning and shopping.

When I worked full time I accepted that my house wouldn’t be particularly clean and tidy. There just wasn’t time to hoover every day etc. I did my grocery shopping online and got it delivered. Laundry got done after work and at weekends.

In a normal house this would be ok but with 7 people living here one day for the laundry it would not be enough I run 7 washing machine and tumble drier per week. Shopping online is definitely an option I have to consider thanks.

I also work 7:30am - 5pm.
In regards to dinner, I use my slow cooker a lot or prep dinners the night before so they just need cooking/heating the next evening.
Washing I stick a load in over night and set the timer so it finishes for when we get up in the morning then leave it outside for the day weather depending or stick it on airer first thing in the morning.
I do a once a week deep clean and throughout the week just clean up as we go along.
Food shopping I do online for either click and collect or delivery.
